Thank you for making me feel so welcome. Thinking I was relatively fit, you killed me! I look forward to doing more classes when I’m back in Mildura. Fantastic, thank you!

Katie and the team at Thrive have created the most welcoming and safe space. The Trainers are highly skilled and guide you appropriately. The timetable offers a vast array of choices to suit your needs/wants on each day, along with access to a sauna and information evenings with guest speakers throughout the year. I cannot recommend Thrive highly enough:)

I love Thrive Fitness! I joined almost 12 months the ago and haven't looked back. Great range of classes in the gym and pilates. Trainers are fantastic. So thorough and full of knowledge. I love starting my day at 5.20am with Tracey Lee. She is so amazing. Highly recommended.

Great gym! Such a welcoming group of people catering to all fitness levels. Always leave with a smile on my face, as well as the perfect level of exhaustion each time! Would definitely recommend for both girls and guys:)

I had a mixed experience based on whom ever was teaching. I attended a 2 week pass as had some really great classes here with some of the teachers who were receptive to modifications and supportive yet I also experienced a class where the teacher was pointing out students who could split and encouraging students to push their limits and splits. In my experience when I am doing reformer pilates which is originally designed to be therapeutic and I use it for rehabilitation, I don't like being compared to people who can split or being in a class where this encouraged as being hypermobile which is common it's not safe to go to full range without the strength. Therefore I expect a class were safety is priority and I am not compared with other students by the teacher. I will not be back to the studio as unfortunately the negative experience outweighed the positive. Most teachers do not engage is co apring abilities and are generally supportive in class. Based on my experience I would advocate to know your limits when doing classes here.

I start at thrive over 1 year and a half ago and have never looked back. I was scared to join at the start with little to no confidence but have never felt so comfortable in a gym space. All the trainers are super welcoming and only want the best outcome for yourself and everyone around you. I couldn’t recommend enough

I absolutely love the Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates classes. Jess is incredible and always provides alternate options to cater for all abilities. All the trainers are so supportive and genuine. Nothing beats ending a session with 30 minutes in the sauna!

This place feels like home. Welcoming, experienced and supportive trainers that have a holistic approach to fitness and wellbeing. Friendly members to train alongside and plenty of class to choose from.

Such an amazing boutique gym that taught me so much! I definitely recommend it for anyone, especially if you suffer from anxiety within gyms & new people, the trainers and the gym concept assisted me so much with my anxiety & mental health journey.

I started with Steve during 2020 after not being in the gym for a long time.
Steve got me back to training with a good variety of excercises that generated immediate rests.
During the year my strength increased substantially. As my journey progressed Steve constantly updated my programs and helped with some injury issues that arose through the year.
Steve is an excellent and knowlegeable coach and i would not hesitate to recommend his services! Especially for the older guys (i am 56) and i felt that Steve was particularly attuned to additional training protocols around my age and mobility issues.
