Thrifty-Link Hardware - Biz Buzz Handy H/Ware reviews
14My local hardware store is small, well run, has good products and knowledgeable staff. The info and assistance is top class.
This place is just okay, it’s my go to if I’m in a hurry and can’t be bothered going for a drive, I wish the guys were more friendly, helpful They are, but put a smile on ya faces once in awhile. I’ve been going for a little while now and the straight sad faces put me off. I’d love to have this as my local but somehow feel like Im an imposition. Real pity
Great service, awesome recommendations. Love that uts a small independent. Down with that big mega store place "B-b-b-b. ".
Love Thrifty Link Watsy, staff are the best.
Thanks to you all and I look forward to more chats in the not too distant future
Went above and beyond to help me help my son who was changing the taps in the bath. Very caring and persistent in getting a good outcome for the customer. I cannot recommend enough.good old fashioned service.one which I go back for time and time again
Shop assistant was very helpful with his hints on how to do things and what not do. Prices were very reasonable. Parking aplenty.
Ok but not outstanding. Good service. Seems to have a big variety of hardware for a small store entrance. Worth checking out as it may well have what u r looking for.
A local business who looks after its customers. Nothing is too much trouble for them. A true treasure in Watsonia. Thank you for looking after us.
Loved to slowly look around at all the bits and pieces they had, very interesting and inspiring to do some diy!
Just went in again and pop out with a happy and quick purchase. Saved me lots of money too. The lady at Bunnings was trying to sell me a multitool and vaccuum (because the battery is in the vaccuum). Would have set me back over $200. The gent sold me a corded mouse sander and look after me. Heaps of sanding pads and all under $50. Also Great advice from the gent for my novice talent.
If they don't have it, you don't need it!
Never without solutions
Excellent service.
Family owned and operated.
Geoff, Adam, Robert and Co
Always helpful, very reasonably priced and will go out of their way to get what you need if they don’t have it in stock.
The times are not correct. I checked the time before leaving home so I wouldn't waste my time but I got there at 4: 10 Saturday and they were closed.
I love this place. I once went there to buy a trolley that I needed just for a couple of hours. These guys allowed me to have their trolley for free. I go there often for all my hardware needs to support our local community businesses.
A local hardware store with fair prices, great advice, and excellent service. Quality hardware stores like this one are in short supply these days.
