Thrifty Dry Cleaners

They ruined my expensive puffer jacket. Do not use this dry cleaner she told me in the past these jackets didn’t work but failed to mention this to me when I brought it to them. It now has brown swirls through the blue. Very rude too!

I simply asked how many days it would be to get a sport coat cleaned. He said he was closing two hours early today and hung up

I called up to see if they dry cleaned vests, and was abruptly told “NO” and the phone was slammed down immediately afterwards. How they expect to keep this store open in these times with terrible customer service is beyond me. The quicker they close the better
