After a stressful day looking at so many Shops to purchase Arm chairs. Recliners.
We ended up at Thriftway Furniture, Geoff was so helpful and knowledgeable also friendly. Not to mention we got an Australian brand. Wish we would have gone there In the first place.

The staff in the store were very helpful, giving us a lot of ideas as to what we could do to fill our new home. The delivery guys were excellent, positioning and assembling the furniture for us. We would highly recommend anyone giving them a visit.

Brand new furniture, not thrifted. And I wouldn’t call it a MEGA store either. Name is confusing, it’s the same as all the other home furniture stores.

Very helpful staff member (unfortunately I've forgotten her name) and lots of choices, but I found the prices a bit high for me, especially because I've just spent a lot having just moved house. I guess the name suggested it would be less pricey than other stores, but they were pretty much on par with others.

The shop had a large selection of furniture, with reasonable prices. The staff friendly and helpful too

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
Damaged our wall and the workers did not even tell us anything about it. Took 9 months for our wall to be fixed after numerous attempts at getting it fixed.

The quality of the product was just as bad as their customer service!

Poor quality desks broke within a week of buying. Poor service no real concern. Will not shop there again.

Impecable customer service. I ordered chaise lounge few months ago as was wanting a particular colour. Angela did her utmost to locate one for me however due to COVID19 inevitable extended delivery times. Both Angela & Manager Troy were in regular contact with me. There was never a need to follow up. Recieved today and definately worth the wait. Even the delivery guys take pride in their work as were extremely careful unloading & setting up. Awesome overall service. Well done.

After purchasing a queen bed and base, they promised that they will contact me for the free comfort pack. Which is included when you purchase a queen bed more than $1000. Up to this moment I haven’t receive a call, very dissatisfied with my experience.
