Threadheads Custom T-Shirt Printing

Saw an advertisement and made the purchase right on Instagram. My address wasn't up to date so I reached out to customer service to update my order to the correct shipping information. Their response was quick and I received my shirt a few days after ordering. Cool people.

Some with went wrong with delivery but it was quickly organised by Sonia. I will definitely order again. Thanks for the great customer service.

What a great company! Excellent quality products. Bought the hubby some T’s but I got the wrong size but these people are happy to sort out any issues. Postage was quick and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic service and response to my query why the “Buy 1 T shirt and get the 2nd T shirt 50% off” wasn’t applied to my order. I had reached the end of the transaction and paid.

They kindly explained that it only applied to adult shirts but as extra special service and care, offered to take off an amount off the second shirt as compensation for the misunderstanding. Thought that was awesome and it was all done within the space of within 2 days of purchase.

Very responsive to my query and now I am just awaiting delivery of the shirts! Thanks Annie for sorting this out for me. Very much appreciated and can’t wait to receive the shirts!

What a great company! Their graphics are great and their shirts are very funny. Bought one for my sister and am so excited to see her reaction once she gets it. Their customer service is also really great. 10/10 could not recommend this company enough. Buy their stuff!

Amazing customer service. After purchasing some jumpers, I sent an email enquiring on the ethical and ecological aspects of ThreadHeads. They ensure their products come from ethical warehouse and the printing of patterns are eco friendly.
The items themselves are of amazing quality and perfect for the colder months.

I ordered 3 items nearly 6 weeks ago for my brothers 40th gift, which was 3 weeks ago and still haven't received my items. I don’t think I will be ordering again.

Long time watcher, first time buyer.

Spent a long while perusing the awesome collection of clothing, t shirts, tanks, jumpers, literally hours looking through before I settled on a couple of appropriate for occasion T's (one for me and one for the wife) and a pair of socks to welcome me back into the office, hashtag socksarethenewties (that's my line by the way). Arrived swiftly, are great quality, and I will be coming back for more.

An amazing experience with them from start to finish. We required a bulk order of t-shirts for a funeral and were on limited time to place an order. I sent them an email to confirm lead times and Sonia was so lovely and expedited the order for us. Once I placed the order they had all 18 shirts ready for collection within 3 days, which was amazing. Great quality and so helpful to us during a difficult time!
