The kindness of the staff is wonderful, kind and helpful, the environment is also pleasant and clean, so much so that you can enjoy reading in relaxation. Very happy

Excellent service.
I was attended with warm and kindness by Sylvia and another lady who was very keen to give me plenty of information.

Also, I was fortunate to meet the manager because is a very friendly person. It is good to see nice people in positions of leadership.

Finally, this library has a good variety of books, I would take me decades to learn all I want.

I really want to like this place but there are too many loud and irritating patrons shrieking at the top of their lungs.
Also, like most other libraries in this area, this one has turned into a glorified daycare centre for kids. It is so noisy. Honestly, there are playgrounds and entertainment venues literally everywhere. Why do libraries now have to become a playground as well when their whole purposes is supposedly to be a comfortable place to read and study quietly?

Got a strange call that my missing library card was found but i never even visited this place in my life so i have no idea who and why used my personal information to make a library card that i never asked to be made. Don't trust this library.

It used to be good but now its like a play area for kids! No one can work or study in so much noise! Kids playing with lego and puzzles on the ground even their parents don’t stop them i changed my seat and went to study in different place their parents came to that side of library and started chatting like it was a party going on no one cares! They should change its name from library to cafe or play area

Too noisy. People talking on phone every 5 min. Kids are playing video games. It is really not a library.

Um hello, it is like a nightclub in there. Every community group under the sun, very noisy, librarian doesn't care. Go shove it lady.

Love the library services. There is a maternal and child health nurse centre connected to the library and they run some of the mothers groups and sessions here. -as well as the council run immunisations. There is also baby storytime and a whole range of great activities for kids after school and on the holidays and weekends. The book selection isn't huge, but the staff have always offered to source books for me when I have a request. There is a computer room and there are a couple of community rooms used by the library and the MCHN, and they are happy to let you breast feed here if not in use.

Friendly and helpful staff, new and good PC's for free use, as long as it's not busy you will get unlimited time on the computers.

It is the worst library i have been to though staff is really nice and helpful.
But they don't care if someone wants to study or read peacefully, they create so much noise around the library and the children running here and there.
I think they should start calling it a playground instead of library.
