We would like to thank Charlie and his guys for the fantastic experience of the work they carried out.
Charlie went above and beyond all expectations and needs and was so caring and compassionate at this time of stress with my husband being in hospital for a lengthy time.
With the house being flooded and the insurance claim dragging on he was, absolutely wonderful and honest in accomodating the fitting around the hard work times over such a long period there floor layers were absolutely brilliant.
Not like the Sunbury branch which I felt he was arrogant, rude and untruthful and didn't want to seem to give you the time of day and care about the brand name I won't mention names but let's just call him the OMEN.
We would highly recommend Charlie and the guys from XTRA FLOORING IN THOMASTOWN to anyone in Victoria Charlie cares for his clients and there well being and would ring to check up on how my husband was doing we just cannot speak HIGHLY ENOUGH of Charlie and the guys from the Thomastown branch great job guys we are over the moon we just cannot thankyou enough Charlie and guys for our awesome job well done keep up the phenomenal work

Musty and Charlie have been amazing to deal with! They are very accommodating to their customers and honestly deliver a top notch job. From start to finish everything was conducted in the most professional & efficient manner. Starting with Mustafa in the showroom & then conversing with Charlie throughout the process. Thomastown flooring extra deserves 5 stars for both organisation and installation.

I made this job outstandingly difficult with my lack of organisation. And the site itself was difficult due to poor room layout and split levels.

Charlie and the staff in the office were friendly and thorough. I received responses from them rapidly and they never failed to be anything other then brilliant.

The price was more than fair too.

The installation was always going too be difficult. There was NO damage to the skirts (very rare). All the lines in the carpet are square and straight (hard when nothing else in the house is). And the joins are near invisible.
