Marcina is the best caller out and if people don't like her go and play somewhere else

The brunette lady that sells books in the middle window and occasionally calls has the worst people skills I’ve ever come across. The first time I bought my pet off her she was swearing at the man in the window beside her because they were short of change. She’s never cracked a smile in her life and has zero patience for anyone who may ask questions about what they are loading onto the pet. I asked for flyers and explained I hadn’t played them before and she didn’t help me at all, instead she said “do you want TWO, FOUR, SIX? ! ” She is aggressive and makes people feel extremely uncomfortable. When you’re handing over $100 to her for a game, you should be allowed to ask questions, not be made to feel stupid or undervalued. She then rushes you away from her window and starts speaking over you to the next person. Labelling her a nice person would be a lie, she is the most unpleasant person I’ve ever met in a face to face role and does a disservice to what is essentially a GAME and a good night out.

Doug puts on a great night but he needs to take more notice of the way marcina talks to people as she is extremely rude

This bingo is not worth going as first of all when there is buses you cant sit as they put rope and u arent allwed to sit there. You have margaret who win always, then u have margaret helping selling raffles tickets, you have staff who example like josh hasnt got a gaming licence to call bingo or work on the floor. You have kitchen staff selling books that dont have a gaming licence to sell books also they never start on 7pm they would start at 7.30pm. One other thing staff are trying to sell you raffle tickets and books on the floor and if the caller says for a 10 min break it goes to 30 min break it pisses me off one last thing the owner doug doesnt bother to fix the tv screens along the wall to view the numbers as it very dark. DOUG cant decide on prize money he doesnt leave it each week like other venue he wants competition. DOUG if they want to come to your venue they will, fix they other problem first internally like clean the toilets as they are disgusting THIS VENUE DONT BOTHER GOING!
