Thomas Street Family Medical Clinic

Have been going here for a while and have had average experiences with the doctors. John in particular is by far the worst, and never listened to me, instead prescribing whatever he thought was best with no effect or care. The worst GP I've ever seen hands down and I would recommending avoiding him at all costs. That is if you can get into the clinic and are happy to wait over an hour as they always run late. Theres much better clinics and GP's in the area that will listen to you can actually get into see and will listen to your issues.

This medical clinic is simply fantastic. I have seen both Debbie and John here and they have always gone above and beyond, and they really do care so much. I could not reccommend this clinic more highly.

I’ve been going to this clinic for 12 years and I’m very happy. Debbie Yiap is warm and kind while being quick and decisive and she is supportive of my use of natural and alternative remedies, which is sometimes hard to find in a GP. If you have a chronic condition you can see the practice nurse for a longer session to work on the behavioural side of things. Nurse Julie helped me get the allied health care I needed to heal an issue that resulted in chronic pain. If you prefer a more traditional and very thorough GP who really listens to his patients, John Croato is fantastic. You may have to wait to see him but he is fully present with you when you are there. Priya Bucktowar is newer but also very thoughtful and kind. And last but not least, the lovely psychologist Fiona Scott helped me through a difficult time of my life. I am grateful for the service and care of all of these practitioners and their support staff.

Atrocious! Kept waiting for an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment. I ended up walking out after people arriving well after me were called in. I wasn't kept informed and despite being told I was next after enquiring, someone else was called in. I had my two young boys with me and they had had enough, as had I. This is my second unsatisfactory experience at this clinic and safe to say it's definitely my last!

Ive coming to this doctors since i was young, although there is always without a doubt a massive wait time however, the doctors are the real deal. Debbie is my doctor and she is brilliant
