I had a Chubb security system in my house that was unusable as we had no pin number. After terrible dealings and being ripped off by Chubb, I rang Martin at Thomas Security and explained the situation and he came out and looked at our system that same afternoon! He then had his technician Carl out the next Tuesday. It was all fixed and ready to use within the hour. I am very happy with the excellent service received from Martin and his technician. He provided us with a technician report also. He was honest, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend Thomas Security Service to anyone who needs good old fashioned customer service.
