The team were helpful with provide advice on suitable carpet, the most appropriate colours and the installation took place without any issues. The cost was compeitive and I would use them again.

When pulling up the old carpets they discovered some mould from a leaking shower base and were extremely accommodating in getting back to us as soon as we had fixed the leak and finished laying the rest of the carpet. Some 18 months on we are very happy with the choice of carpet.

Absolutely hopeless. This bunch of useless amateurs, aka Harkness interiors, have kept us in limbo for weeks while we wait to get carpet replaced via insurance. They don't order carpet in when they say will, don't book in laying when they say they will, and don't ring back. Avoid at all cost.
