Pathetic excuse for customer service. Did not even greet me, only told me price and took money. Wonder how people get a job in customer service when they lack the skills.

Exceptional service from the lady in store today at around 2pm.
Just had worst service at Grovedale thirsty camel so drove across to Waurn ponds for my purchase.

Not really good service rang you at 9: 30 no one picked up went straight to an answering service saying it's switch off thank you much appreciated won't be coming to your bottle shop no more I will find somewhere else to go
