13The staff is awfully rude. I haven’t met any staff as rude as that staff in my whole life. He shouldn’t work if he is using F words to the customers. Shame on you. They don’t even deserve one star.
It was really good, lots of alcohol but staff need to ask for ID there were few minors purchasing alcohol. ACCC may need to step up and refresh training on all staff
We went to this bottle shop last night, mean awhile one of the guy came out from the office and talks very Rudely.
A well known Bottle_O for those of us that live in the inner west of Melbourne. Situated at one of Melbourne's best Irish Pubs, "The Quiet Man" a fantastic venue in its own right, What makes the Thirsty Camel a landmark is the fact that it is open till 1.00am, you drive right in off racecourse Rd. You don't even have to get out of your car or Taxi if you don't want too. The very affable staff, who are mainly working Irish tend to your needs promptly. The Camel also has a nice selection of Speciality Drinks which they promote and have as Specials for a period of time. Some nice little Gems. Have a fantastic meal at their award winning restaurant. Have a few Guinness and maybe a Dance if there is a band playing.at the end of the evening pop into the Camel and grab something nice to take home. All at very reasonable prices. Enjoy.catman. L8ER.
For twice I have visited this shop. Both times they treated me rudely. A shame to the thirsty camel company as a whole.
They deliver alcohol to alcoholics. They send 10 bottles of vodka to my partner in 7 days and don't realise to think that person has a problem. Where is your responsible service of alcohol and social responsibility? You guys should be ashamed.
Just your typical bottle-o, drive through service.part of "The quiet man pub" situated on busy Racecourse road in the suburb of Flemington. Prices here are pretty average, didn't see many specials/mark downs on popular beers or spirits.
The drive thru entrance can be a little bit tricky when there is heavy traffic, besides that its a 100% relaxed shopping experience. Stuffs are delivered straight to your car trunk. Always got security guyz for extra safety
Limited selection and some of the prices are a bit high, bit they are open at convenient times.
The guy with short blond hair at night time is rude and racist to customers, i wont come back here anymore
More expensive than some of the other options on the suburbs. But still pretty good. Open till late
I had a disappointing experience when I rang up especially before hand and drove half an hour to this venue to get a specific brand of drink only to find when I had gotten there that there wasn't actually any of that drink and a persons didn't actually check they just assumed that they had it therefore I was highly disappointed
Might wanna put your trading times. Customers do like to know when you are trading. Poor marketing. I'll go to others from now on who inform their customers of trading times.simple customer service lacking
