Sam from the corner bottle shop is one of the best customer service blokes iv come across highly recommended
Dont offer a delivery service if you cant deliver, 1.5k down the road wasnt a hard ask. "See you soon" turned into 3 hours of waiting to recieve nothing.
Staff extremely rude, smoking in driveway of bottles hip, making smart comments to customers about their appearance and other matters, along with comments like 'it's better for you to go somewhere else' and sarcastically saying 'welcome to rosebud'. Current staff should be sacked.
The staff are extremely rude, very poor customer service. I would suggest no ones goes here if they want good service, absolutely appalling.
As always, awesome service. Great to see it maintained over several years of shopping there *hick*
