Thermomix in Australia reviews
4Why do people buy this gimmicky s**t. Buy an air fryer. If it breaks down you receive a refund, period. Absolutely loved the second review.
Worst run customer experience of my life. Absolutely nothing is easy dealing with this company. Payment system doesn’t always work, no receipts for payments made, cannot accept their own gift cards for payment on their products. Phone staff inept.
Things I would rather do than deal with Thermomix.
*run naked through thorns and then swim in saltwater
*listen to Russell Crowe sing
*chat with Scott Morrison about religion
*be buried alive
*eat a bowl of live bee’s

I have had my Thermomix for two years and have definitely loved all that it offers. Furthermore, l have spent a considerable amount of money online on a huge range of accessories.
So l am extremely disappointed that after returning a few items in February l have found Thermomix Customer Service to be abdominal. The Customer Service people l have spoken to on phone have been seemingly helpful. But unfortunately, their Return Process Systems are beyond belief!
I have spent literally hours on hold on the phone and speaking to numerous people trying to sort this out!
It is now six weeks on and although they have apologised and admitted their failures it is still not resolved!
Unfortunately, it seems Thermomix are happy and are quick to take your money, but aren’t able to reciprocate!
My Thermomix TM5 was hardly used, perfect condition. Like seriously used under 25x in total.
While cooking rice, I hear a HUGE bang. The lid has blown off and now machine wont work at all coming up with (C160 & C144 as fault codes)
I emailed customer service explaining the ordeal and how shaken I was. I supplied the fault codes that were coming up and the response was appalling.
No apology or concern to what happened, instead a very cold response to call customer service.
Called Customer Service - again no concern or apology to what happened. Luckily no one was injured.
Paid $2000 for a bomb & they want me to pay for it to be serviced. WHATTTTT?
