Jule has been so wonderful to deal with and really made this whole experience more enjoyable. It can be quite overwhelming when you first unpack the TM6 and where to start, but her support makes it so much easier and manageable and it’s nice to know I have someone to ask questions to.

I have added a photo of the vegetable stock that I have made with Jule today. I love how you do not need to be precise with your chopping and just let Thermi do the work. Great to use up your vegetables and herbs and you have beautiful healthy stock available on hand.

I recently enquired about Thermomix with Jule having absolutely no idea what it was. She was so amazing to deal with. She came by and gave me a mini private demo making beautiful recipes to suit our family (dairy and gluten free). She made using a Thermomix for the first time a super easy process and also extremely helpful with excellent knowledge for the product. Our family cannot wait to receive our new Thermomix!

Jule is a very knowledgeable consultant who goes the extra miles to ensure the new Thermomix owners really do understand what they can do with the machine, and is also always available to reply to questions. She is just the best!

Jule was awesome. I received my Thermomix as a gift, and the next day I received a message from Jule to organise a demonstration. She came the next day and set up and went through everything with me and also cooked a risotto which was delicious. Would highly recommend Jule; she is definitely passionate about Thermomix and knows her stuff!
