Our 5-year-old son has been enjoying his fortnightly kitchen therapy sessions for the last 3 months after his food jabs/safe foods had reduced to breakfast food, chicken nuggets, and butter chicken. The play/making food has been fundamental to reducing his anxiety with food, food sensitive, and trying new recipes. Our family with his therapists support has changed how we make, cook, eat, and talk about foods that hopefully will have a lifelong impact.
