Not received left a card to organise redelivery instead of leaving with Aus Post. Terrible service as the receiver has to deal with it!

This company do not respond to emails and do not call you back when you’re trying to unsubscribe. Instead they take your money and send you a shipment you are not ready for. It’s a real shame because their product is ok and I like to do my bit for the environment but they need to sharpen their act when it comes to customer service.

Dishwasher sheets do not work. I have emailed and texted several time for a refund and they have not replied which seems to be their way of doing business by the looks of other reviews. They owe me $166 for a refund for their “30 day return” policy

The laundry eco sheets are so simple to use…take next to no space in the laundry and leave my clothes clean with just a hint of fragrance and are so quick and easy to use with just 1 sheet per wash.
I have just placed my second order for laundry eco sheets and my first order for the toilet cleaner eco sheets.

This Bamboo nursery no longer exists at this location. It seems it is an online store only. This location in maps is in the middle of a residential street. I hope you read this before you make the drive.

So do you mean that the bamboo nursery really is at a residential house? I was looking for something that looked like a plant nursery. Is the address correct? I'm happy to call beforehand but am a little confused about what to expect. Thanks

Don't think, just buy bamboos!
If you are thinking of giving your backyard an amazing look, just buy bamboos from Amanda. I renovated my backyard last year in Oct'21 and wanted something really modern as my hedge plants. Lot of people suggested Ficus, pittosporum, lilypily. But I am glad I talked to Amanda and got Gracilis Bamboo. They were $50 each for a small plant. But in matter of no time they are now full fledged privacy screen and make my backyard look stunning! Do also get the bamboo food and keep on talking to Amanda.she will guide you throughout your journey of buying installing and then care taking. Lot of jokers out there who would sell you bamboos and not support you later. But Amanda and Neesh are an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Seriously, I am a very fussy customer. And they have given an absolute delight. I will also share pictures of before and after. (You can see and decide for yourself.) Just 1 year guys.and honestly not even one year it was 3 months and I could see Bamboo shoots and leaves just bursting out.

Love everything about "The little big bamboo" company. In particular the "Laundry detergent Eco-Sheets". I highly recommend the purchase of this product. It's economical, gives great results, and is no fuss and easy to use. As an older lady in my 70's, I'm very pleased to be able to learn how to help to keep our planet earth healthy! The sales team are wonderful to deal with. Neesh delivered 40 bamboo plants in December to screen out new neighbours and now in March they are doing brilliantly- Neesh and Amanda’s aftercare is also wonderful- these plants thrive - I very highly recommend The Little Big Bamboo for anyone who is interested in Bamboo!

We purchased bamboo little plants from The Little Big Bamboo and look at them now only a few years later. We decided to screen our courtyard recently and they are growing very well indeed. Our front yard screening is full and thick and we love it. I especially love the colour of the bamboo, it is a vibrant green that brightens up our garden space. I love the shape of the leaves and the subtle swaying of the plant. We love watching the bamboo grow and get excited when we spot a new shoot growing. We are very happy with the quality hence the reason we have used the bamboo for our entire garden areas. Our next door neighbors purchased the same bamboo as the fell in love with ours! I don’t need any other plants and the bamboo is pretty much self maintenance. One happy customer here

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Was concerned that bamboo might be tricky to grow in my poor soil but my bamboo gracilis is thriving and lush following their advice. It has grown so much in a just a couple of years.
