I would highly recommend a Shiatsu Massage with Denis. He is very skilled at the art of sensing where the physical & energetic blockages/restrictions are in the body & how to release them. Denis has a gentle & kind manner & makes you feel very relaxed and at ease in his sessions. After the Shiatsu session I felt lighter in my body & more calm & centred in my mind. Thank you Denis!
