The Yard Makeovers

Not recommended. Very poor quality for bamboo delivered in the 2nd lot I ordered on the basis 1st lot of 8 panels that came with good quality. As shown in photos, the color was dull, bamboo size and gaps were not uniform.dark spots and chipped at places. Later i found out they sell this rejected / second quality for $25 for which I paid full price.

Actually 2nd lot panels were not delivered on the day when I hired carpenter to first install them. They didn’t deliver as their delivery guy became 1st covid contact and had to isolate. I had to pay carpenter for his time as it was not his fault. I didn’t say anything to Gagan as well as I know how difficult is to run business in covid.

When it was delivered later it was simply very poor quality and deadstock item…

the carpenter (whom I paid twice for the same job) straightaway installed them but when I noticed the quality I called Gagan and told him about this. He said he will give stain that should fix the color. After 2 months No stain was delivered. I contacted again and told them me spending approximately $1000 ($600 for bamboo and carpenter) is not serving the purpose as the quality is too bad. Gagan said he can’t help it at all as its already installed. I was not asking for refund just looking for good quality panel for which I paid full price.

My only fault was trusting the business to do right by sending quality product as advertised as I couldn’t go to warehouse to hand pick them due to lockdown restrictions.

Simply bad and Not recommended.

Frames done are not good quality
Finishing looks very bad after 1 month

Gagan was extremely professional throughout the whole process. He was quick to get us organised, knew exactly what we wanted and finished the front and back landscaping in a very timely manner. He is very reasonably priced and overall a top guy to deal with. We are in love with our landscaping and have had so many complements by all that have driven past or visited our house.

Gagan and team (Sahib, Gary, Sai and all team) did a great job. Showing a great level of patience while accommodating to all the needs of the customer to the best possible extent. The primary goal for them is to make the customer feel happy and satisfied with the landscaping job after all it's their home and not just house. Definitely recommend them for the landscaping job.
