The Woolshed Australia reviews
8Amazing customer service and great value! The Woolshed offers a really well curated list of high quality items and it’s an added bonus to know your money is going into a local business.
I popped in on a whim while stopping in Kyneton and was very impressed by the range of gorgeous pieces they have in the store. The sales assistant was lovely (I should have asked her name!). Ended up buying a candle but will be returning with my sister because she'd love the range.
Awesome service
Great staff …super friendly and knowledgeable
Fantastic quality boots and jacket
Will definitely shop there again
The products look nice. Unlike the lady itself, it is not so welcoming and rude. "Maybe i just shut the door so people can just buy it online. " Thank you and goodbye. Other shops are more welcoming and polite.
Beautiful products and service. I absolutely love my pink mohair blanket I was so lucky to receive for my birthday.
The Wallace and Swell cushions are amazing and so cozy on my couch.
I highly recommend shopping in store and online.
Thank you Donna and the team

Truely inspiring range of garments and furnishings (international quality in a tiny country town was a surprise). I found the staff to be patient and long suffering, considering my exhaustive desire to try almost everything on. The visit was my highlight experience in this beautiful little town. Thank you for making me feel special!
Came into the shop over the weekend with my husband and niece for a couple blankets i wanted to buy which I’d seen online. Both my husband and niece were spoken down to by the rude impertinent sales assistant, my husband for sitting on the couch and my niece for touching a garment. Never been made to feel more unwelcome in a store. The attitude makes me not want to buy anything if the woollens can’t stand up to being touched let alone normal use once purchased. Seems the woollens are only good for display. They need to keep their wares in plastic if they’re going to be that precious about their displays and don’t want customers to feel it before buying. More than happy to take my business elsewhere. They are not the only retailer to sell woollen blankets in Australia.
