4Appointment time 12 pm its nearly 2 pm I asked staff how long wait they said 6 more patients before you no idea. I asked why u give me Appointment at 12 pm If I need to wait 4 to 5 hours in paking.really bad.
I've been there today. Very helpful and understanding doctors and staff! They do really take care of their patients, and listen to them very carefully if they do have any problem. I personally am very very happy and satisfied with their services and way of welcoming.
Too arrogant receptionist. No care for patients needs. Don’t have time to listen to patient. Seems too busy to do anything properly.
Really professional care. Caring, empathetic and transparent doctors and nurses. Check which location your appointment is at, there are two. I went to Werribee and despite my stress all the staff were calming and helpful. The price is significantly less than other private clinics and they provide a wonderful service.
