The Wokkers (청춘반점) reviews
16Pretty good food. Chicken jellyfish salad was a tad sour so made the black bean noodle taste bland when you eat it straight after the salad. Noodles were nice though. Quick service and attentive!
Just perfect for the main menu! I would highly recommend to try the handmade kimchi dumplings and fried pork.
Delicious cuisine, prompt service, and commendable customer service, coupled with a satisfying array of vegan options. I will certainly return.
The food is good and staff members are kind. But there is a 10% surcharge on Sundays. Found out at checkout. It would have been better if they had notified us upfront or there had been a sign for that.
Highly recommend the massive jjajangmyeon, suitable up to 3-4 people
Spicy seafood jjampong was quite spicy but delicious.
Would definitely come back again soon!
Addictively good Korean fusion food. The rose champong noodles were particularly delicious, actually everything was tasty!
Had a great time here with a few friends, staff and service was amazing and the food was delicious! Can’t wait to come back
Love the food here, atmosphere here. This place provided authentic Korean taste. From Korean to Korean Chinese food. Staffs are nice and kids friendly. One of the squid rice were fantastic, but lunch time only.
First visit here, food was as good as it was well presented, palatable even for those who favour or eat mostly Chinese cuisine and want to try their hand in something slightly different. Customer service was nice as well. Would come here again:)
Was at the top of my list in Box Hill for Jjam-Bbong, Jja-jamg-myun and as usual, I ordered Tangsuyuk (Incl.sweet and sour sauce). However, this time taste has definitely changed. Still good though, but.missing 2%
(regular customer since the grand opening)
PS. I was so excited to eat Jjam-Bbong that I forgot to take photos.
Hands down the best Korean-Chinese restaurant in Melbourne! Crazy good flavours and a cute atmosphere. Sometimes other places are a bit of a hit and miss but the wokkers never disappoint
Very authentic Korean Chinese restaurant.exactly like what you see/get in Korea. The chefs wok skills are pretty good and definitely I think the chef's skills have lifted up these classic dishes.we will come back for the sweet and sour pork next time.we love this restaurant.not many restaurants in Melbourne actually live up the standards but this one does.highly recommended!
Food is nothing to complain about, nice Korean noodle, can't find other Korean noodle in boxhill tho. Btw The waitress is so cute, hope get her number next time in case she doesn't have bf!
Black bean noodle and jjamppong are really delicious. The sauce and handmade noodles are top notch! I'd love to try other dishes next time.
Overall very enjoyable, keen to try out the rest of the menu. Service is friendly. Sometimes staff are a little busy doing other chores and can be a bit occupied.
> Champong: Great variety of Champong to choose from. Have enjoyed them all so far, especially the Rose Champong.
> Cheongchun jjajangmyeon: Nice flavour. On the sweet side as expected for jjajangmyeon.
> Chilli jjajangmyeon: Was warned by the lovely waitress that this was reallyyyy spicy. However our serving was not spicy at all. There were chopped chillies in the dish but they had no heat at all. Was a bit disappointed because we were excited for some spice. Not bad, just not really what we expected. Quite similar tasting to the original Cheongchun jjajangmyeon.
> Kkanpunggi: Really enjoyed the flavour, better than expected.
> Kanshou prawn: High expectations because we enjoyed the Kkanpunggi so much, but disappointed. Taste was okay but the batter was really hard and rubbery. Hopefully it was a one-off thing but will probably stick with Kkanpunggi next time.
> Calamari skewers: nice flavour but a bit tough to chew
