I totally recommend these guys.
These guys were absolutely awesome. They gave us the best prices I'd been quoted Melbourne wide, on top of did the work straight up, no stuffing around. They even threw in a set of nuts for 1 of my wheels (that's been having a stud issue, but that was already slated to be remedied in a day elsewhere). They're really good, polite, best pricing and they work promptly. The warehouse has an indoor waiting lounge where you can make a drink, charge your device etc. Just be warned they are really popular (because they treat every customer like they're a friend, not just in the way they talk, but mates rates too), so there can be a wait. The best thing to do is call ahead, they'll give you the approx wait or tell you the best time to head in

I honestly can say absolutely everything about this company is 5 star, from the cleanliness to the service, pricing, products, punctuality and information. The staff are kind, courtesy and informative. You will never find a better tyre place anywhere.

Bought new Hankook AT tyres for the 60,00km Prado. Price slightly better than anywhere else I researched. Wow - felt better than when the car was new. The front end alignment and the wheel balancing had been done so professionally- not like the half-done job included in the Toyota capped price servicing, nor two other large companies I have used.
Unfortunately, I got a puncture in one of the tyres only 6 days after purchase. I was thrilled to get a good free coffee while I waited, but they felt so sorry for me, they did the puncture repair for free. I didn’t expect such great service. Thanks Wheel Shop. Highly recommend this business.

Bernard is really nice guy to talk. He guided me through the whole process to change my wife and me’s cars tyres. We would recommend to whoever want the tyres change and wheel alignment done. It is a nice place to go. Fantastic job!

It was a pleasure to deal with Lirim - what a gentleman. He is whom you want to be dealing with when spending so much on a set of wheels. He was patient and friendly with a great customer service skill. He is knowledgeable about what he does - very informative.

If you're in the market for a new set of wheels or tyres - I'd highly recommend that you go there and ask for Lirim only.

The facility is quite nice too - great atmosphere.

The guys at The Wheel Shop in Derrimut are very fast at getting our tyres done and are courteous. The waiting area is a great idea and is clean and well maintained.
