The worst medical center they ask you to pay $90 to see a gp to get a covid 19 vaccin i'm 73 they try to scam pensioners?

Great Doctors and not to bad of a waiting time. It is a private Medical Centre though so its on the higher side in price but its worth it. Dr Andrew Kewin is great for kids.

Dr. Andrew Kerwin was recommended to us for tongue tie snipping. Receptionist was helpful explained $90 included consultation and procedure. We got a booking on the same day. Dr. Kerwin was really nice he explained the procedure and happily answered our queries. Would recommend him to other parents needing same procedure.

Incredibly poor doctors and staff, nothing but rudeness and neglect.
My poor girlfriend has gone in several times for severe pain, nothing but poor advice and conclusions.
Turns out it was serious and now she has to suffer with the consequences.
Thank you western medical for your terrible service.
If you were the last medical practitioners I would rather suffer

Dr Gretel Heitbaum was very friendly and professional. I feel confident and well looked after in her hands and I would thoroughly recommend her as a doctor. Nurse Julie was also perfectly professional and had excellent bedside manner. I'm looking forward to be a patient at this clinic for a long time to come.

Love this Center. Have my main doctor who I love to see, but have always had a great experience with anybody I’ve seen for myself or my children.

The doctors here have always been so lovely and very attentive, but I just thought I'd leave a little feedback about your receptionist today. I went to the counter to pay after my appointment and when I said I just needed to transfer some money she actually scoffed at me! I couldn't believe someone could be so rude. We are all working hard and not everyone can earn a high wage, being treated like that is not ok. I hope you will have a word to her about her prejudices and attitude, and let's all be a little more understanding of each other.

Dr Christine Longman is the best GP I have ever had. Her clinical skills are second to none, very caring and goes above and beyond in helping me deal with my complex medical history. I will devastated when the time comes for her to retire.

This clinic completely dismissed concerns relating to the condition of my four-week-old son. The very afternoon following our morning appointment my son was admitted to the Royal Children's Hospital for three days. My formal, written complaint relating to the matter hasn't been acknowledged, nor responded to in any shape or form.

Several months ago I dropped into the clinic early one morning without an appointment to enquire whether there might be a doctor available to see me. I wasn’t feeling well but all I required was a medical certificate. The receptionist bluntly told me that, being a new patient, even though I saw no one else in the waiting room, they could not accommodate me. She was not even forthcoming in offering an appointment time simply because I was a “new patient”. Actually I had been a patient there years ago but I will never return.

Outrageously long waits, even to see the nurse, despite having an appointment. This would be more palatable at a bulk billing clinic, which these guys are not.

THe doctors are ok but wasting people's time is not ok.

I went there to get my 20 day old girl for a tongue and lip tie consultation. Dr Andrew Kerwin was very professional and confident. Very clear explaination and the cut was done with no cry at all. I was told about the fee upfront and trust Dr Kerwin for his advice. All staff there are very friendly to me.

Great doctor's however 90% of the time I come here I have to wait minimum 30-45 minutes after my appointment. It seems these guys tend to overbook 90% of the time.

Was able to get an appointment straight away. Reception were friendly and efficient. Saw Dr Katherine Rybak who was friendly and put me at ease quickly. After a thorough examination her diagnosis and instructions were clear. A few days later feeling much better. Can't cask for more.

Took my newborn to see Dr Andrew Kerwin. He was rude and abrupt. Do not recommend. This GP is the worst to date for us! Receptionist dont even bother smile either.

Note to clinic: if you try look me up i m under my maiden name so you wont find me under this one.

WORST MEDICAL CENTRE EVER, GO TO COMPLETE FAMILY CARE ON 471 MELBOURNE RD NEWPORT, you get much better service and more respect.

Look at all these reviews, u wont forgive urself after going to this horrible place.

Dr Peter Andrianakis needs to start updating his medical knowledge or consider retirement. I'm glad I went to another clinic to get a second opinion.

Reception staff could not be more rude if they tried. Shameful. You are dealing with sick people.

Have been going there for some time since my original doctor joined the practice. They are busy because they are popular. If you are prepared to see any one of the doctors you can usually get a same-day appointment. Being able to book online is wonderful as it frees up the receptionists for other tasks.

Reception is rude and cannot wait to hang up on you even though you have further queries. Just spoke to a receptionist there and she obviously did not want to talk to me further and just said 'goodbye' and hung up without replying!

I feel 'stuck' with them because of a referal to a specialist and they seem to think you have no choice but to use their clinic; so have no qualms about being rude.
