Took my 2 year old twin grandsons for salt therapy here. Absolutely amazing! Beautiful atmosphere and the service is wonderful. The boys have had endless colds with running noses. With just one visit to the salt room and they are breathing better already! I’m so glad I found this healthy little paradise!

Since I have changed to a monthly plan, the floats are much cheaper and I have found my anxiety and stress has decreased heaps. All the staff are so lovely to deal with and I couldn’t recommend a more beautiful place to de stress. Keep up the great work guys!

My new go to for saunas and relaxation! The wellness studio is the perfect place for an indoor/outdoor relaxation of your choice, I'm a sucker for their saunas and can't wait to go back already

I love the relaxing nature of the salt therapy room.i found the new room a bit noisy this time but it wont stop me going back. Highly recommend it, even if you are well.

I’ve done every therapy multiple times and come back whenever I can. I love it! For shared salt therapy space it would be great to be able to see this when booking or be able to each share noise level expectations.

My partner and I did a infra red sauna and ice bath package such an incredible experience the layout of the studio is beautiful & such friendly staff it was the best start to our Sunday! Very clean and the staff give thorough explanations of wellness equipment and how it works. We really appreciated the complimentary red light therapy session and will always come here for our wellness treatments!:)

Wellness Studio is such a perfect way to relax. The private saunas are so good and the red light therapy too.
I visit Wellness Studio at least 3 times a week for a hot rocks or infrared sauna and then red light therapy. I can really feel the difference in my health and wellbeing. Very welcoming and professional staff.

I enjoyed my sauna experience. Staff are friendly and informative and facilities are new and clean.

I found the floating experience excellent. I was quite hot & short of breathe, find it difficult to relax. So for me unfortunately not totally ideal. Sorry kind regards

There's something real special about the red light and then the far infrared sauna. Skin is glowing for days. Rodney went out of his way to provide some ice cubes in zip lock bags so I could keep my recently tattood eyebrows cool and dry. (I booked my appointments the wrong way round). Really appreciate that, thanks.

This is such an inviting and calm space. I had a float and red light therapy. So peaceful and a real self love kind of morning. Staff are super friendly and sat and had a tea afterwards. Highly recommend
