The Waves Apartments

Beautiful location, friendly staff, amazing view of beach, lovely clean open space room, large TV and well setout kitchen facilities. Our 2nd time staying here, different room, will definitely be coming back.

Fabulous location and a really nice room. Parking on site and the staff were great and so friendly.

We have been staying at The Wave for over 18 yrs. This place is amazing. The views are brilliant, the rooms are clean but most of all the service from Carolyn in reception is above and beyond. Carolyn always accommodates our needs and provides the best service, always friendly and professional.
The waves is definitely the place to stay when visiting Phillip Island.

Clean & spacious room (family apartment 2 single bed and a queen) and great location! Kids enjoyed the spa bath.

Nice and clean with all required stuff in the apartment. Family friendly. Best location with all amenities just walking distance. Good customer service along with excellent views. Loved our 2 nights stay and will definitely visit again.

Stunningly laid-out apartment. We had a fourth floor apartment looking over the water, so whether we sat out on the deck or just chilled on the bed, it was so lovely and restful. Nice big a/c which was already chugging away when we got there, so on a hot day we walked into an inviting cool room. We didn’t get a chance to use the spa, but it’s an indication of just how well-appointed these rooms are. Cleanliness is a big thing in these covid-times, but the whole apartment sparkled. If you love a shower where the pressure is so good it nearly hurts, then you’re going to love this one. Plenty of free, off-road parking, though the bays are only small. The only thing missing was perhaps a bikkie to have with my cuppa!

Such a beautiful hotel to stay at Philip Island. Rooms are very clean, spacious with modern bathroom and kitchen. Close to the beach and all restaurants. Loved our stay. Will definitely be back.

Only fault I found in our main room that had a glass window with the toilet. At night, every time the light was on in the the toilet, room became bright and hampered my sleep. They should cover the glass with thick blind or wallpaper.

Absolutely amazing motel with good facilities and stayed in one of the SEA FACING room! Really enjoyed out stay with kids, spacious and well maintained. Park and beach are just opposite the motel was the best part.

Ran out of hot water, after one shower, which was not long. Room is spacious, but not clean. Was close to shops. Parking was good. But running out of hot water ruined our experience, especially being at the go karts and stinking of petrol.

Avoid at all costs, no longer a family friendly venue. We were put in a room next to someone that was having a party and because they owned the room (apparently there selling the rooms off now) we were told they couldn’t do anything about the loud music and yelling, swearing while they partied on the common balcony and that we could ether confront them ourselves or move to another room in the middle of the night, I feel sorry for anyone here with children. Pretty piss poor...

Great, relaxing and therapeutic. Nice size apartments at a great price. Highly recommend to anyone planning to stay at the Island

130 at the Waves, is a fabulously located apartment, close to shops & the beach, with all amenities for short stay breaks or holidays, well presented & exceptionally comfortable and clean. Love this place. It's perfect!:)

Loved being across the road from the beach. Local stores, supermarkets and cafes are walking distance from the hotel

Track day!? Waves is perfect for those staying a night or two. Extremely comfortable and we'll sitchuated.

Lovely full service apartment in Cowes, Victoria. The property is located right across from the ocean front. Easy access to the beach, a park for kids, and walking distance from the downtown shops and restaurants make this a very attractive place for visitors. The WiFi was spotty which was a bit of a downside.

We have come here 3 years in a row. Always clean and friendly service. Great location close to beach, park and shops it’s all a walking distance. Very spacious considering other places we stayed in the area. Great wi-fi connection aswell. We enjoyed our stay!

Shocking bed. Couldn’t sleep properly and when mentioned it was implied that we weren’t the first and won’t be the last to make such a complaint. Otherwise great location with friendly staff and clean room

This is a great place to stay. We have enjoyed our time staying here for years and keep coming back. The rooms are clean, spacious and have all you need. Located directly opposite the beach with a great veiw and hearing the waves hit the shore. Just a short stroll to shops, cafes and the main street with lots of great shops. Would highly recommend a stay at The Waves, Cowes.
