Amazing service from Lyn and Lim. I had my speedmaster fixed by them - Lim was very straightforward and informative with the fix. It is very obvious that they love watches and their vocation.

Have been using Liem for over 10 years to service my watch collection and purchase watches from. Has serviced everything from high end to chronographs, to watch's with multiple complications, and to battery changes. I highly recommend Liem, he is a master watchmaker who takes pride in his work.

Great expertise - obvious as soon as you speak to them. I had a minor issue rectified by The Watch Culture on a grey market watch bought online, and the service was brilliant. Will definitely be bringing my watches here for repairs / servicing in the future.

I brought in 2 watches for service, 1 for a general service/clean and the other has some water damage in it. After 2 weeks i got both my watches back in perfect working condition. You usually have to wait months on end to get a watch service but this was done fairly quickly. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs their watch serviced.

If I can give this store a minus star, I would. The back lid of my watch fell off after I dropped it. The guy only took one minute to put the lid back on the watch, but he charged me $25! A complete rip-off! I DO NOT recommend anyone to go there to repair their watch!

Great experience dealing with TWC. The co-owners are very knowledgeable and friendly. Very clean showroom with a great selection of modern/vintage pieces. I would recommended this place for anyone looking to purchase a watch or getting theirs serviced.

Communication was great throughout and they even notified me as soon as my watch was ready.
