The WashRoom Coin Laundry Footscray

Great laundromat with all the amenities you need while you wait for your clothes to wash/dry. The card payment system was a bit different to the other laundromats I've been to, but it wasn't difficult to use at all. There is always parking right outside and with automatic doors, it's easy to enter the building with your hands full (my favourite feature about this place). I usually go get a bubble tea from around the corner while I wait for my clothes to dry.

The only issue I have with this place is that the medium drying setting on the dryers is quite warm compared to other places. The low setting is very low as well, so it's hard to find a good inbetween to not put too much heat into my clothes. If this doesn't bother you then I don't see why you wouldn't use this place for washing and drying.

Excellent laundromat! Card-payments, well-maintained machines, hot and cold drinks, and I can park right outside and keep an eye on my washing from the comfort of my car. They respond quickly and perfectly to any issues as well.

Website advertises wash dry fold service - needed one as pressed for time.

No answer on any of the phone numbers, nobody at premises.

Finally called someone who had bought another laundromat from them, who told me they don't do it.

Probably a fine laundromat, but (despite what website says) does not do dry cleaning or laundry service.

Total waste of time

One of the machine is not working. I put money in it stuck inside and the dryer is not working. I tried to contact owner but they didnt answer. So i have to pay xtra to dry my clothes and lost my money.

You may call wrong person. There are no miss call in my phone. I always happy with your service. I have to pay xtra because the coin stuck in machine then i have to use other machine. I put 4 coins and only can get one out. I call your two number many times without any response and event leave a text message. Please make sure you solve to right person. I post this to let your customers now what happend with the service and you need to improve to serve customers better. Thanks

When it comes down to laundromats the washroom is definitely 5 star rated, new machines, very clean and tidy establishment which offers fair prices for use of the washers and driers, free WiFi while you wait, a vending machine for snacks and for laundry powders and laundry needs and a coin change machine. Well worth a look if your in need of an excellent laundromat, highly recommended.
Have to add as well that once as I was passing by noticed to who I think were the owners, a couple that were there tidying up the place and it looked as if they take great pride in their establishment which shows greatly in the presentation of the business, kudos!

This is by far the cleanest laundromat I have been too! The prices to wash are average of what you would expect and the drying prices are cheap, $1 = 5 minutes of drying time. Equipped with 4 XL dryers and small, medium and large washing machines.

This place has a vending machine for washing powder and softer aswell as snacks and drinks and even a hot drink machine for $2. I grabbed a hot chocolate from the machine and is was amazing.

We will be back again. Here's hoping it will continue to be kept as clean and updated as it is.

It had most of the latest techs. You can pay 4 the washes & dryers by phone or by coins. It had a coffee machine, vending machine that has snacks, laundry detergents & fabric softeners. It also had a charging station 4 you 2 charge your phone of all types. Very impressed, first coinlaundry that has all the necessities to do your laundry.

One of the nicest laundromats around. Bubblepay is ideal! Clean and cared for, feels secure. You can charge your devices. Snacks and coffee at your disposal with some spare change. Owners come and maintain very thoroughly, nice people. And if you lose a sock do not fear- they have a dedicated lost sock spot!

Clean, well lit and spacious plus all the amenities on site i.e. Vending machines (snacks and washing powder etc), hand basin, phone charging station & free wi-fi.
3 different sizes of washing machines and 2 different sized dryers. All machines are in perfect working order, they still look new!
Machines can be coin operated or via their tap and go system.
Large folding tables as well as a place to sit, they also offer various services if you don't want to DIY.
Definitely 'my local' come laundry day!

I love this place. It's clean, the machines are up to date (and I've never seen one out of order), they have a cash-to-coin machine AND the option to Tap and Pay the washer or drier with your card or compatible phones. The cameras also make me feel more secure for evening trips.

Hey.yesterday morning i go to dry my shirt.just now i go to keep it.unfortunately i found that my 3 t-shirt have been stolen.all my thing is put on the bucket but not in the machine.oh my good.this the first time i meet this situation.

Who knew socks had a dating life? !? ! I feel bad for my socks now that I know of this fact! I always thought they had enough of my stinky feet and decided to leg it for a better life. Now I know they just lonely.

Easy to use with credit card functionality. Very convenient. Limited parking around the area but minor issue.

I drive further from home to visit this laundromat rather than the ones local to me. I really appreciate how clean and well kept the environment is here. There have been a few times where the machines have played up but the owners have always been really quick to respond and help troubleshoot. Thanks guys!

Really cool and authentic. I liked the idea of wifi and tap card payment.it makes it way easier to use.prices are super convenient.

A grossly well lit and sterile environment.
One where you feel slightly out of place drinking $5 wine from a paper bag whilst watching your work clothes hypnotically gyrate in a stainless steel box.

Has eftpos! Thank god. And it's new. And you can get coffee. And there's big drums for those who leave it for over month like me. And a vending machine if ur feeling snacky.
All round a good laundrette.

I love this laundromat. Used it last week and my clothes were cleaned beautifully. I’m lucky to love close by and take advantage of free washing and drying today!

Hands down the nicest launderette I've ever had the pleasure of visiting! Great facilities and generous prices! I've just moved to the area and I've found my perfect launderette on the first try.
