Machine no 8, one of the top loaders isn't doing a hot wash. Specifically needed it to be hot. Needs fixing.

I came here because I wanted to wash my sheets. When I arrived I realized that I had forgotten my washing powder. But I had the good surprise to discover the washing powder dispenser, and that's not all! Washing powder is free. The place is big, it's clean, the laundry smells good, the service is perfect

Clean, fresh, friendly and helpful staff offeringcomplimentary washing powder! Great rates with excellent machines that do their job efficiently! The only issue I had was with a fellow patron when I was 2 minutes late, she removed my doonas from the large machine and dumped them on top! I don't think touching other people's washing is ok.patience is a virtue please people!

Fantastic, and no coins required, all new machines and user friendly and auto opening door which is convenient when holding basket, this new business has thought of everything for the customer and complementary was powder, well done will be only laundry we will use from now on

We took the interior of a king-sized winter/thickduvet & another faux-mink king blanket to to the Washateria this morning, & the 9-11A attendant was SO helpful. She politely insisted on sterilizing each washer before use & thoroughly vacuumed the lint traps on the dryers along with sterilization. I set phone timers for every action while occupying my lil man nearby outside. Each time she had loaded the laundry & free soap/softener into washer or dryer, with the best setting (water/dryer heat) before I made it inside within 90 seconds of the alarm ringing, and she gently advised me on the best amount of time to pay for the dryers without overdrying. She made what could have been a long morning at the laundry-mat into a fun experiential learning adventure for my little guy. We’ll be back for items too large for our machine at home! #HighlyRecommended

Have only used the dryers here, but found the cotton cream coloured doona cover I put into the dryer came out with grey and back lint all over it. This happened on two occasions and I won’t be using the dryers again as it’s not very cost effective if I have to spend hours picking others people’s clothing lint off my washing before it can be used

Fast & reliable service. Drop off & pick up. I've never had an issue with the drop off & they wash service, it has been such a help to my wife & I. It saves us a lot of time at home. Once again very reliable and trustworthy service. I 100% recommend the washateria.

The lady running the shop was continuously sanitising the machines and was very helpful. She even gave me a free wash bag which was nice!

Good and clean. Open 24/7. They could use some chairs for people to wait until the clothes are ready.

I would think, if all washing machines were likely to be occupied due to these services a time of day would be allocated so that other non-booking customers know when it is likely a washing machine would be free. When I left, I got a snide remark "you're welcome" and a scoff. Won't be returning.

Brilliant 24/7 laundrette in strathdale. Quick turnaround for serviced laundry with their automated locker system. Also lots of big commercial washers and dryers. **They even have a dedicated animal washer. Highly recommended

The change machine is a drink vending machine. It's a bit difficult to find. Machine did not return coins. I hadn't pressed any button. Electronic payment charges $1 for every transaction. No ability to charge 2 machines at once. $7 front load wash charge.

There are much better laubdromats in bendigo.dirty machines, some had glass in them and lots of out of order machines.walked in with a buddy to do some laundry. $7 for a load was a bit steep but couldn't believe they expect people to pay $1 for five minutes in the dryer! Thats twice the price of every other dryer in australia (not sure if everywhere but close to it).
