Good honest service with immediate response from owner Frank when a machine gobbled up my money without actually working.

Has new machines, and an operating coin exchange machine. So does a little extra than is written on the tin.

Love this place. I feel so lucky to have this coin laundry so close to where I live. Washing Machine are efficient to wash anything messy! Worth for money!

Great place to get your clothes washed or dried. There's plenty of parking. The place is really clean and well maintained，the price is good, some machine are $5/8kg, many kinds wash machines to select,

All the washers and dryers worked had a vending machine so i could get some food while i waited for my washing

Good honest business. Did a few loads, one machine didn’t work but a quick call and the owner refunded me immediately. Great customer service honest owners and all the other machines did work and did good cleaning (didn’t have to double wash like some other places!)

Left my clothes covered in soap, and completely wet and cold after 23 minutes on the highest settings.

Unprofessional and useless.
I came here to dry my clothes. And put $8 in the dryer to dry my clothes for over an hour. Turns out the dryer doesn’t work it is just blowing out hot air but not spinning. I call the number suggested and it takes me about 5 mins to get in touch with them and when I finally do o explain that the dryer isn’t working. After having to explain. No not the change machine. And after being asked to repeat myself slowly the person on the phone asked me to send a photo of the machine which i do. 10 mins later still no reply so I send follow up texts incase they didn’t get my photo I explained the issue and the machine. When they finally reply 14 mins later they tell me it’s a dryer and not a washing machine.yes. This is what I have been telling them in text and over the phone multiple times. Why would I say a washing machine is blowing out hot air? !? Then the person on the phone asks me to move my clothes to another machine and they will return my money. And they asked me if I put on an out of order sign on the machine. No because I don’t work here and carry around a pen and paper for this stupid stuff. I proceed to explain to them that I put $8 in for a reason to dry my clothes I now only have $5 in coins which would only equal to about 40 mins compared to an hour. And I asked that they come into the laundromat top up the remaining money ($3) to make up the time as I had plans to to other things while I was waiting for these clothes to dry. Just for them to turn around to tell me they cannot come they live to far away. Tell me how that’s how you run a business? So instead of coming and fixing the problem or at least putting their precious “out of order” sign on the machine they are happy to just let more customers come in in the mean time and have the same issues. Unprofessional.

The poor star rating is a remnant of this laundromat's past condition, but I am very pleased to say that after some much needed attention, this place is now top notch. The machines are brand new, they have a coin machine in perfect order, and a vending machine with both washing powder and a few nibblies. My only complaint would be the washing machine price. At $6 dollars for a standard load, you'll get better value down the road in Fairfield, however the dryers are well priced.

Since the new owners took over, this laundromat has become my "go to" for all the things I can't wash or dry at home. All the machines are super new and thus in excellent condition. Frank (the owner/operator) is very friendly and goes the extra mile to help you out. It's amazing what a little TLC can do for what was once a nasty, dilapidated laundromat. 5 Stars!

New owners. Complete renovation, all washers and all dryers are brand new. Very clean. Coin changer had been stolen last time I went so you might need to take enough coins with you when you go. Fantastic there are new owners here now, it was neglected and run down for so long.

Don't bother washing here - the machines can take your money without washing and there's no help available. We called and texted the mobile number offered as a helpline for several days with no luck.

Highly recommend! Under new management. Great location. Fairly priced. Owner is friendly and helpful.

2/3 washing and drying machines are out of order. Laundromat dirty with dust and grime. Coin machine and detergent machine out of stock or out of order. I wish I could give this place 5 but if the owner/operator refuses to listen to and act on any of the feedback from customers, I can only give it the minimum. Please fix your machines, keep the place clean. More people can and will attend if the service is reliable.

Nothing in the place works. Machine only accepts $1 coins and the exchange machine is broken too.

The staff are good but apparently the owner won't replace those dryers that don't work. It I leave my laundry down there but shortage of dryers means it can take days to get my washing back. Hope they can stay in business as the staff are nice.

Pros: Change Machine, multi-setting dryers (maybe a norm but the places i go never seem to have them)

Cons: Dryers don't work very well- went through twice as many cycles as I'm used to and stuff still came back damp. Only 3 dryers worked.

When i use this laundry front loader eat my 6$. After that i use top loader i put 5$ after 10 min mashine stop i left note under door explain what happened i call owner and i speak with him 5months or more time past nobody call me for refund. Only 2mashines work i will not go there never again. No stars for this place.

Do not go here. None of the machines work. Everything is filthy and or falling apart. Clearly the business owner has too much money or is using this armpit of a place to launder money.

Machines are in disrepair only one front loader is working. The top loading do work OK but washing a set of overalls front loaders are the way to go. Staff are great.
