The Wash Boss Laundry and Dry Cleaning

Very convenient and easy parking right in front. Place is well equipped and mostly autonomous which makes things a hell of a lot easier. Love it

So impressed by this place! I always come here when my laundry is too much for home and I need to do several loads at once. The owner who works there is so nice and helpful. He will give you cash out for the coin laundry if you don't have coins/cash. I can do several loads washed and dried in under an hour. Great for when I'm behind on washing!

Among the essential amenities where an hour well spent to launder under the management of a nice guy who endlessly seems to work!

Reluctant to leave poor review as owners can change and fix up poor management. However seeing other reviews l feel l need to state my experience. Used weekly during 2018 and noticed often marks left on dry cleaned clothes. Very suss.

Final straw was they were meant to simply make bottom suit pant seam up by half cm. Went up about 6cm and l request they simply let out as l request. Owner wanted to charge me all over again.

I said well that over 2k l spent with you in last year. Not anymore so found new place.

Good service. It would be perfect if the service hours can be more "business hour workers friendly"

Terrible service. The business owner put my shoes in the washing machine. After washing, My shoes are ruined. I said to owner I'm not happy about that. But he doesn't say sorry to me. He said he will do again and shout to me. What a terrible attitude. The owner is very rude. Don't go to there. Terrible!

Place got car parking in front of the laundry and they have several washing machines and dryer to reduce waiting time during peak times.

Not a fan of writing bad reviews as I believe it hurts people's businesses. However, business owners need to be aware that treating customers poorly and doing a bad job will not be acceptable.

I brought in bed sheets to be washed which cost $15. The main person (old asian fellow) spoke to me as if he was in a rush for me to leave. I came a couple days later to pick it up and wanted to pay by card. I was told that paying by card would be "$1 extra". That is absolutely absurd. This is an obvious penalty the business owner has implemented as an unfair way to bully customers to pay cash (for a tax break).

To add to this, I was about to leave and turned back and said "So did you guys manage to remove the stains okay? "

And he just replied no. Water won't get out the oil stain, "If you want that then go dry cleaning, it will cost you ummm $12 each". It's like they're throwing around random numbers that change per customer.

Improve your customer service, don't rip off future customers and actually do your job properly and maybe your reviews will improve.
