The Warburton Bakery reviews
73 FOOD - Delicious fresh pies with very generous meat filling, delicious decent size hot coffee and lattes.
COVID19 - COVID has made it difficult for all restaurants and this one is no different. Order and collection is very awkward for staff and gives them lots of extra work and managing of customers, however they manage it all very well and mostly with a smile on their face.
STAFF ATTITUDE - 99% pleasant happy helpful staff but 1 woman in particular was miserable and speaks to customers as if she is doing them a favour
SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES SO THAT THEY CAN SURVIVE DURING THIS SCAMDEMIC
A very yummy egg and bacon roll just had here. Many other goodies too. Drop in for a fantasy feed.
Great food.staff all nice.except for little miss bianca.nasty piece of work. Treats you like you have a communicable disease. Maybe go to another friendly spot up the road.
Fantastic bakery excellent pies, cakes best bakery friendly helpful staff must visit if in warburton will definitely be back
The food was delicious, great coffee - start on the Saturday had great costumer service. The Sunday the blonde lady is rude as hell. Would be 5 stars but she ruined it.
Do yourself a favour and grab the broccoli and cheese pie from here. WOW literally divine, was delicious on a frosty day. Great for desserts too and fairly priced. There’s a reason this place is always pumping and it’s cause it genuinely is amazing. FIVE STARS
Tasty snacks and amazing Vegan pasties. But I wish it offered more selection of Egg and Dairy free pastries. Definitely worth stopping by if you're heading that way and the staff are always kind.
Great coffee, but very disappointing service. Came in half an hour before close just for two coffees and it was very clear that the blonde waitress did not want to serve us. We stood at the counter awkwardly for a very prolonged moment before we were greeted, and when we were, her tone of voice was very rude. Then she looked at the clock and scoffed, it was very awkward. As a waitress myself, I get it, it's been a long day and you want to go home, but do not take it out on the customer.
If you enjoy overpriced products and insincere service then you must stop by here! I will never return or recommend this place to anyone. They should try displaying prices and when employing staff look for genuinely friendly people. What a disappointing visit. The star is for the coffee.
Unfortunately the friendly staff and delicious pies and cakes did not make up for having our food served on chipped plates. Such a health risk! The health dept wouldn't be happy seeing chipped, disease breeding plates in use
Excellent local bakery. Wickedly yummy food. Fantastic friendly service from the staff, in a really relaxing environment. Recommendation: total no-brainer - best food stop in my opinion.
Pretty good, except for the coffee not arriving until after we'd finished our meal, and coffee being spilt in the saucer which the server didn't acknowledge but hastened away as quickly as possible. The pie and sausage roll were good though. Certainly worth a visit.
Great food at a reasonable price, friendly staff who are accommodating and good coffee in a stunning location. What's not to love? !
Big pies and the filling tastes great. Great place for a sit down or a quick grab and run. The staff are very friendly as well.
A variety of hot food available, pies, sausage rolls, pasties as well as premade sandwiches and a cold variety of bakery pizza's, bread and fresh rolls. Freshly made espresso coffee and cold drinks from the fridge. A delicious range of desserts, jelly and colourful gingerbread treats for the kids. Friendly and efficient service to your table. Lots of tables for the big crowd and for smaller groups or couples to eat inside and outside of the bakery. Very affordable.
Stopped here whilst in the area.
The customer service is exceptional truely one of the friendliest staff I've ever come across, so thank you:) Not only that there pies are actually really nice, definitely worth driving out there for your pies, and very reasonably priced too
Very expensive slice, macadamia slice with some sort of biscuit base and it had absolutely no flavour, also the blueberry Danish was stale, another expensive item for the l of quality, however my husband had a pie and said it was very good.
We went to Warburton to visit the Red Wood Forest. Interesting place and the ham and salad buns were fantastic.
Has a good selection of pies and cakes, but watchout it is popular so don't expect to turn up at 2pm and have all the pies available. Not a lot of seating inside so expect it to get squishy on cold days.
Very happy there was a vegan (fodmap friendly) pastie on the menu so all at our table were happy. Amazing salad roll & pies.
