I feel very mixed about this place. My first consultation and laser session was incredible. The girl was so thorough with my laser treatment, checking in with how I’m going and making me feel really comfortable. The results after the first treatment was so good and I was really looking forward to my second session. However, this Saturday I went for my second appointment and it was AWFUL. The girl showed me into the room and then just walk out slamming the door behind her. I took that as my cue to get undressed and ready. When she came back in she turned the machine on and started the laser, wearing no gloves. I found this a bit unhygienic. She then rushed over all of the areas, not even going over my bikini area at all. Before I could ask if she could go over it, she was done and walked out. She didn’t direct me to the soothing gel to put on the lasered areas like the last girl did. I walked out of there feeling unsatisfied with the service and very disrespected.

Got my full body laser hair removal done from Biyanka she is amazing, professional, hard working and caring she made me very comfortable. I am so happy with the results it has been extremely effective and long lasting. Highly recommend!

I wouldn't go anywhere else for laser hair removal! The results speak for themselves and the pricing is always competitive with great value deals. The staff are friendly and professional and all experiences I have had at this clinic are positive. My last treatment was with Jacqui. She was kind and professional and I would happily book in with her again. Now to book in a long overdue facial!

I’ve been seeing Letitia at Vic Skin in Hawthorn for a few months now for regular microdermabrasion and laser hair removal and could not be happier with the results or the service. She is very thorough and explains the process from start to finish. I highly recommend Letitia!

I have been going to this clinic for laser hair removal for over 4 years now and am still not getting great results. The staff are friendly and pricing is good but laser equipment seems to be quite outdated and I'm not quite sure how thorough the staff are. I usually have tanned skin and the laser machines that they have apparently cannot be used on tanned skin- so many parts of my body cannot be lasered although I'm paying the full amount. I have recently discovered that PrimeLase Diode laser machines work well on tanned skin and so I am moving to a different clinic in Melbourne who use these machines. I think Vic laser should follow suit and invest in newer technology.

I've been going here now for over a year and deciding to finally get laser hair removal was the best decision I made. I was hesitant as I have had it done before elsewhere and the hair didn't completely go away. I've had my underarms, brazilian and chin done at this place and the results have been fantastic.

The ladies at Vic Laser Hawthorn make you feel super comfortable every time - especially Meagan! I go to Meagan every time and she is extremely thorough and gentle. For all cosmetic injections for the past 5 years I have been here and see Jacinta. I thought I would try another place at one point and it was a huge mistake - never will go anywhere else. My sister and friends go to Jacinta also and love her. She’s so knowledgeable, hygienic, professional, helpful and lovely!
