Very Happy with the treatment I received. Dr. Pallavi has been my doctor for many years in mulgrave. I have been having the laser treatment for over 3 years now. I cannot fault her touch. Very happy with my post birth results. It took only 6 sessions and the treatment has lasted me over 3 years. I had a top up treatment yesterday as its been over 3 years and also I have fallen pregnant during that time again. Thanks again to the v institute studios.

The V Institute studios & Dr Pallavi are the best at everything they do & such a friendly family of Doctors. Highly recommend Skin Club & The V Institute studios. I have been treated by her son and also Dr Pallavi. They both were very thorough in their treatment of me. All terms and explanations were clearly laid out in the ipad before which was really good. They answered all my questions and I was able to have the treatment the same day.

I have had the laser treatments by Dr. Pallavi. It was quiet scary to think about the treatment but I was very happy with the treatment and the doctor. Its a little pricey at the studios but I will get back to the recommended treatments when medicare subsidises it.

I have had 9 treatments now over 4 years. I fly down from Fiji to get this done! Dr Pallavi is bloody amazing.can’t fault her work.

Highly recommend anyone considering the vaginal laser treatment from V Institute to instead look into having the Mona Lisa Touch treatment offered by Cosmetic Surgery For Women in Hawthorne and other clinics in Melbourne area. The "Petite Lady" treatment offered by V Institute (which they did not disclose wasn't Mona Lisa until I got to their office after booking an appointment for Mona Lisa) is supposedly more "gentle" (in the clinic's terms) but also produces inferior results from my view, having had Mona Lisa in the past with excellent results. Mona Lisa is also half the price ($500 at Cosmetic Surgery for Women) with Petite Lady at V Institute at $997. What's more CSFW Mona Lisa treatment included both internal and external laser treatment, while V Institute only treated internally and charged a separate fee for extrernal. Far better experience with Dr. Tina Pardon at CSFW as well - asked me more questions, provided more guidance for ongoing care and their offices were MUCH MUCH more professional and tidy. V Institute's doctor and office environment seemed more like going to a shabby tattoo shop than a medical office. Please do some research if you're considering going to V Institute. I felt ripped off and like I wasted $1000!

MY RESPONSE TO THE INSTITUTE'S REPLY:
1. The intent of my review was not to "advertise" another clinic but to encourage other women seeking treatment to do thorough research before deciding which procedure to have and which doctor to visit. Your treatment did nothing for me and cost twice as much as the other clinic's (which had immediate results). The whole idea of a review is to share your personal experience with a provider with other readers, there is nothing fictitious about my review.

2. When I made the initial appointment by phone I specifically asked for Mona Lisa Touch because I'd had it before and it worked. I was told that was what you offered. Yes, you did explain it once I got to the office, at which point I was committed to paying you the consultation fee.

3. Never did I ask for a refund. When your staff texted and called asking how I was doing after treatment and I said it didn't work they kept calling me insisting it works for other women. I finally said not to call me any more unless you could offer me more help, ie.additional treatment. I did not ever ask for my money back. Your claim that I did is completely fictitious.

I won't write anything more about this visit but stand by what I previously wrote.

Had the best experience possible. Dr. Pallavi was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I was completely at ease with her. The treatment was very comfortable and no pain at all, just a warm feeling. Highly recommend this treatment at this clinic. Can't thank them enough.

I had great results after the first few treatments. Dr Pallavi was amazing at the V institute. I didn't want to write the review but then I thought stuff it! My experience is only going to help others to make the right choice. Dr Pallavi is a true gem. Smart and caring, and the results are sensational.
