I had a massage with the lovely Pip a couple of weeks ago & I'm still thinking about how good it was! This was my 2nd massage with Pip, & I've made another. I asked for a medium pressure relaxation massage with the addition of hot stones & it was absolutely perfect. Pip has a relaxed, down to earth vibe & she really listens to what you need. I prefer not to chat during massages & she picked up on that & only spoke to check I was comfortable. The room was pretty & felt really cozy, with calming music.beautiful ambience to go with a beautiful massage that had me totally blissed out

One of my fave places on earth. Been going to TUA for more than a year now. Maybe even 2 years. Dr Lauren, my chiro, has magic hands. She just knows exactly what my body needs. Very confident and skilful in her craft. I get to take home useful knowledge too. Was with Dr. Em back then and she was just as amazing.

Had a couple of remedial massages back then and it was unforgettable. Quite a personalised experience.

The vibe is amazing. The plants, Molly the doggo… I don’t drink tea but I do every time I visit because it’s always light, fruity, and apparently good for my body. The receptionists are also the kindest souls.

I always look forward to my visit and spending the rest of my day after a chiro sesh?

I’ve been in the well-being industry for 13+ years and both Maddock and Anthony are my go to massage therapists whenever I need some help. I always leave learning something new, and feel inspired by their perspective and knowledge. Lauren is a goddess-send for chiro and empathy all wrapped up in a warm smile and teaches me how to understand my body better.
Honestly everybody who practices here is incredible. (Hat off to the Magikal creator Trace) I’ll always be sending people to see Zoe for Acupuncture, or Alice & Maaku for talk therapy. The energy Healer Tash helped me face some deep wounding in me I’ve never felt brave enough to journey on my own. Wow?

I had an incredible massage with Pip and highly recommend her. I arrived feeling exhausted and in need of some nervous system soothing. She absolutely nailed the brief, helping me to de-stress and relax. The conversation at the start was direct and quick, meaning that the majority of the time was spent receiving a deep healing that involved a full body treatment with hot stone massage. She gave a lot of attention to my face, neck and head which I appreciate as it worked wonders to help me let go of stress.
Pip is professional, warm and highly skilled. 5 stars!

This was an absolutely wonderful find. The Urban Alchemist is energetically a place that everyone needs visit. I experienced one of the best ever remedial massages that I have ever had with Anthony Skalkos. 120% recommend.

My session with James was fantastic. Not only were his remedial massage skills great, he gave me lots of valuable information regarding stretching and what I can do at home. I felt renewed leaving with all of my muscle tension gone.

I saw Sarah for a Reiki energy healing session and it was amazing. She is naturally gifted in the art of Reiki and made me feel so incredibly comfortable. She really listened to my concerns and my goals going into the session and offered support and feedback at the end of the session so I could take my learnings and apply them afterwards. I want and saw Ben I was a little upset when I left I was only in the treatment room for 25 mins when the treatment time was 45. I thought he did alot of talking about coming back and it being a long process when he told me didn't have a chronic problem. I didn't feel this was not holistic or I felt comfortable.

Had a sports massage with Anthony. Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. Have already booked in for my next one

I saw Shan for a Lomi Lomi massage. She has a very welcoming and warm energy. The massage was incredibly relaxing and helped me to come back into myself after a stressful couple of months. I highly recommend the 90 minute session!

Thanks to the wonderful team at Urban Alchemist for taking such good care of my mum. She is an 80 year old woman with Parkinson's who is very fearful of new situations and new people. Tracey was so warm and had such great energy and reassured my mum as soon as we arrived. My mum has had various therapies from James, Jack and Shan and they were all so kind and caring, doing things like preheating the rooms because she suffers the cold and generally treating her like a queen ;) Special thanks to Shan for taking the time to make sure my mum felt really safe.
