The store was really nice and had a bunch of comfy and stylish UGG products. But what made my day was Amanda's awesome customer service! She was super friendly and helped me find the perfect pair of boots. She really knew her stuff and made me feel welcome and taken care of.

DO NOT PURCHASE! Terrible quality and lack of customer support. The shoes I purchased tore from the seam within the first two months of purchase! The Ugg Shop have refused to replace or repair the shoes and ignore my requests for assistance through customer support. When I brought the faulty shoes into the store, I was first told that the shoes were of poor quality and were not from the Ugg Shop. After showing proof of purchase, I was told I only have 30 days to exchange (which is in direct contravention of Australian Consumer Laws for faulty products) and accused of causing the tear on purpose. The shoes have only ever been worn indoors!
Very disappointed. Don't make the same mistake!

Real ugg store is upstairs

Disgraceful. I spent ~$290 on slippers and ugg boots. Discovered at home the boots were uncomfortable and "not fit for purpose". When exchanging them (1hr later) I was told I couldn't get the ~$50 difference refunded. Unlawful, if purchase was based on their suggestion. They must refund if item is "not fit for purpose".

Big thanks to the team at Chadstone for being so patient and helpful with my partner and I especially during the silly season. Customer service really was above and beyond.

Bought 2 pairs for Christmas, which I loved but the sizes were wrong. The staff were very obliging and helped me exchanged them, so now the fit perfectly. Thanks
