Store service is amazing. I was in Melbourne on holidays and brought a pair of UGG boots as a gift. They were the wrong size and as I live in FNQ. Had to send them back. Rima was very helpful and prompt. The whole process was very smooth and stress free. If ever I'm back in Melbourne I will definitely shop with you guys again.

After accidentally buying synthetic ugg boots years ago, I sought out good quality proper wool uggs when the inferior version quickly went.rank. I came across The UGG Shop, and have bought all my slippers/uggs from there since. They are Australian made, superior quality materials are used, and they have actual proper know-their-stuff customer service reps. It's just a great experience. The staff conduct the fit perfectly, they provide advice on how to care for our slippers so that they last a long time, and they just really "do their job". You don't wander around awkwardly waiting for someone to come and help you, and the staff show they have thorough knowledge of their product. I'm staying loyal to The UGG Shop - they are awesome. Oh and now they have gone online which is so helpful.
