Fantastic customer service and the guys are genuine. I had a burst tyre on my car and didn't have a spare one handy. I was stuck across the road at Brentford square. Called Shane and he came to me with a spare temporary tyre to get my car to his workshop. Replaced tyres and serviced my cars within the same day at a reasonable price. Appreciate that these guys were so helpful and quick in their response.

I was not sure who to deal with in Melbourne so i relied on reviews. Chose the Tyre Centre because of their good reviews and now i can see why. Well presented, friendly, well spoken and good product knowledge.
Very well priced high performance tyres. The tyres came in as a special order and they were very proactive in getting them in within 48 hours. Very good customer service, keeping us updated by phone and when we dropped the car off they even took my partner to the shops so she wasn’t bored while she was waiting for the car. They then made a special point in picking her up again, if only they paid for her shopping too ;)
Very honest and quoted 4 tyres and a wheel alignment but were honest to say it didn’t need a wheel alignment and credited off the invoice.

Top marks guys, thanks for the professional service, and I have recommended you to all my friends.

Very hard to find places that open on Sundays. Sam and Shane were both very accommodating to fit me in from just a phone call in the morning. Both were very professional and knowledgeable, whilst always keeping me updated over the phone.

These guys are local to me (I work in Rooks Rd too) & were my first call when looking to get a quote. With their good price, friendly & prompt same day service, it wasn't worth calling around, so I booked my hairdresser car (Mazda 3) in on the spot for 2 new tyres.
