I just experienced the MOST amazing holiday in Italy and London, and I give great thanks and immense gratitude to Kay Franklin from this fantastic travel agency in Moonee Ponds for putting together the holiday package of a lifetime for me. The whole thing has truly been a sensational holiday experience executed with precision, perfect timing, great care, and professionalism. A most gracious and patient lady. Most importantly, Kay is blessed with great knowledge and experience. Unbeatable! I am excited and looking forward to my next holiday journey. Deserving of six stars!

I was getting super excited to book my holiday from Melbourne to Thailand. However, I had a concern in relation to the travel requirements around the Thai pass and the current update on what vaccines I required. I called the travel agency and spoke to Chloe, and she said we don’t have that information until the flights are booked. (As they are printed out with the booking)

I said to her I don’t want to book flights without knowing the requirements as I may not be able to go. Which obviously seems fair.

I did ask her if she could find the answers to the simple concern and she then replied “sorry we don’t give information out for free, you will have to call someone else.

Now I am not the one to write bad reviews, nor any.

But I was absolutely taken away and shocked by the poor customer service and simple questions which should have simple answers which would have led to myself purchasing flights through this business. I’m not sure if Chloe had a bad day however as a business owner myself, it’s most definitely not how you speak to people. I won’t ever go back to them again (yes I am actually a pre existing customer)

After being in lockdown for years and not being able to travel we decided it was time to travel again and gave this local business a go & believe me it was one of the best decisions I have made! Kay spent hours planning my family trip to the States, the detail she went into was phenomenal! After weeks of planning our trip my husband had a positive covid test at the airport a few minutes before boarding & we had to cancel our trip.
As it was Christmas holidays the agent was closed but Kay responded to all of my frantic emails (while on her first family trip in 2 years), got all my money back, helped with my insurance claims & even rebooked our family to travel interstate.
The best thing that happened to me this year was meeting Kay, I have not experienced this type of service from any agency ever & have never been happier with the service I was provided.
I will be booking every single trip I go on with this experienced agency, thank you for everything you’ve done for my family & I.

I have been using these guys for a few years. Very prompt and professional service. Just booked another flight and they have made it so easy. I live interstate and still use them. Couldn't recommend the team enough. 5 stars.

We live locally and decided to pop into our local travel agency for advice. We enquired about our up and coming trip overseas with tickets we brought online. The response we got was ‘it’s not worth our time’.
A very unpleasant experience, would not recommend.note; there were no customers waiting.
