Had my birthday drinks here. We had a lovely area upstairs and shared delicious food and great wine. Would recommend it:)

If I could give six stars to this place I would. The extra-star is because they are SO dog-friendly. It really adds to the experience when a place allows pooches indoors (especially when the weather is so cold!). The atmosphere was relaxing, the staff were super friendly and the food was soooo yummy. Parking was easy too. Will definitely return when back in Melbourne.

The service and foods are great. Recommended place for family and friends event and catch ups. Well done

Very very good place, the drinks are amazing, the food too, I like the pizza there. And the best thing they are Dog friendly so had puppies very cute there I love it.

The Tipsy Cow is my favorite watering hole in Port Melbourne, great drinks, great atmosphere, the outdoor area at the back is wonderful, but you can also sit inside and they have the fire going in winter.so good, really love this place

Wonderful bar with a great atmosphere, drinks and service. Love that you can bring your dog along for a drink. Would recommend to all dog lovers!

Great place to catch up with my friends and our dogs although a wine bar you catered for my preference for hops and malts. We will be back soon with pooches in tow

Bad service, it’s 3pm in the afternoon I ordered my first beer and was not offered to see the menu. Yes I might be the first customer but they are spending more time on their phones.
I would like to add there is a rose left on one of the chairs and I’m guessing it’s from the night before.
I discovered my table was dirty after wiping it with a wet one.
It’s a shame to write a bad review in these times as not many people around.

I've been here a couple times now, before with the pooch and without the pooch. Its a great pet friendly bar that does awesome cocktails. Its warm a warm, cosy and friendly vibe.

It is a wonderful Bar. And in times of distancing perfect. Three areas with plenty of space to distance. Cocktails are sublime. Atmosphere just great. Relaxed kind generous vibe. Great leather chairs to sink into.

Friendly service. Great back area for doggos to hang. Well decorated inside - feels like I'm hanging in my lounge room, albeit a fancy one! Also, love the food you can order from Stella deluxe!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere here. The food was better than expected and the back beer garden was delightful. Dog friendliness is a big bonus.

Dog friendly wine bar that allows you to even have a doggy birthday party. Small intermediate bar that allows you to bring your dog. Normal prices. Fun

Had a few good cocktails and a nice chat with some mates and the bartender on a very quiet Wednesday night. Good to see a bar with an aviation on the menu.
