The Tiny Teapot Cafe

A beautiful Cafe right in the middle of Koorumburra, the staff are very friendly and have excellent customer service, the menu has plenty of affordable options and an added bonus the serve alcohol I personally prefer a large cappuccino which was perfectly made we had an excellent lunch and will be back

Way Over prised cakes bite size you only get half a cake not even.bad service and out dated furniture there is amazing retro furniture out there this is just tacky cheap 80s Furniture. Terrible caffee

People can get served with no problems, but a dog cannot even get a drink of water out of a dog bowl that is empty. That they put out there for dogs. That only takes four minutes or less to achieve that task.

Some of the most reasonable prices I've seen at a cafe in awhile! Nice, laid back atmosphere, good service, excellent coffee. Budget and other food options, plenty of food for kids, plus it's licensed!

Food is amazing, can get pretty much anything here. Everyone is so kind and very cosy. Got newspapers to read too for free.

Seriously I come in here from time to time I should’ve learnt my lesson from previous visits where they forgot to make my toasted sandwich and unbelievably they did it again but said they’re almost done we waited another 10 minutes but still nothing we waited 25 minutes until I decided to leave as we had finished our coffee ten minutes ago
They didn’t even offer a refund
If you want a below par coffee shop this is the one for you otherwise try one of the other coffee shops in town

Ngl, the tiny teapot seems bigger than tinier - and I mean the menu for food and drinks is HUGE!

I went to the Tiny Teapot for coffee with my mother in law. Her coffee came first and I waited and waited. My coffee finally came with our cakes.

I politely commented that it would have been nice to have our coffees come out together. The lady who served me was annoyed and didn’t hide her displeasure: she walked away shaking her head.

Just wondering if my expectations were too high.

My coffee was scorching hot - couldn’t taste any almond milk. Waste of time and money.

I will stick to the Burra Department Store: where the coffee is superior and staff absolutely gorgeous. I picked Tiny Teapot for my mother in law: bad call. She didn’t enjoy the treatment either.

On top of all this: there was a customer next to us talking on his phone on a speaker!

Very retro, good coffee, friendly staff, this Cafe was mainly staffed by very young people which is great to see in today's times.well done young ladies you are credit to the tiny teapot Cafe.

I feel there should not be a black board for kids to draw on if owners get annoyed at kids using the eraser to rub out there drawings.
Also I do not appreciate having a table number snatched out of my young daughters hand because you didn't want her playing with it, maybe next time politely asks their parents to do so.
It's unfortunate because I come here alot but after today's rude service we will not be returning.

The staff are very helpful & friendly.
The cappuccino was the best that i have had for a long time. The vanilla slice was great too. Great place to go to.

I like sucking big coconuts, but with this company, I DON'T NEED coconuts. Because it was even better! Thank you!

Customer service and manners are lost on the staff here. A toddler will make noise, and mess. Nasty lady with her eagle eyes. Not a place to visit if you have small kids, unless you want to be judged!

A short detour of the rail trail, at the bottom, western end of town, good service by cheerful staff, and good hot chocolate and toasted sandwiches.

Lovely cafe, friendly staff, awesome hot chocolates, and delicious cheese, ham and tomato toasties.

Extremely disappointed with the costumer service here. Me and my colleagues have been regulars here for quite some time now and for good reason too. The coffee and food here is exceptional and was always a favourite amongst myself and other staff. Despite this we wont be returning due to a reoccurrence of extremely poor costumer service. On multiple occasions the girls working there have been extremely rude when taking orders, cashing orders and in particular when fixing mistakes. I personally always received extremely unfriendly service from here and overall it just came off as unprofessional and unwelcoming. Such a shame.
