The coffee is awesome, I travel from long way to just have their coffee and chicken pesto, one best I would say excellent stop for your coffee. Sandwiches are so delicious and other more varieties of cake’s muffins are just number 1.

I ordered an almond Matcha latte, unfortunately it was very weak, could barely taste any matcha, tasted like a warm cup of almond milk.

Imagine my disappointment on the way to work, stopping for breakfast as I was late to make my own, asking for a vegetarian quiche and once I’m in the car finding about 60% of the filling is bacon!

The coffee is really good, and the staff are all really nice! My go to for my lunch breaks

A good bakery. They have a wide range of cakes, pastries and pies. My favourites are the cinnamon rolls, filled croissants and potato pies (shepherd's pies). Their coffee is great and quite reasonably priced - I especially love their iced coffee. The service is friendly and polite. I do miss the pretzel sticks that the Swiss bakehouse sold before the renovations and owner change, however, it's still great regardless.

Please avoid this shop for your specialty cakes, as their presentation was AWFUL! As you can see from the before and after photos, it looks like it was prepared by a 1st year apprentice and even spelled Renault incorrectly when the correct spelling was supplied and it cost $325 for a sponge cake! The only reason we didn't give them a 1 star is Hamish working there when it was collect, spent over an hour trying to fix it, as best as he could and got the boss to give a $100 discount, which honestly we could have gone and purchased $50 worth of sponge cakes and had the same result. Please also note, due to poor communication with the shop, it was picked up on the same day as the event, so not much chance of finding a solution and it wasn't even used to celebrate the 70th, just cut up and served to all the guests.

Good pies, great brownie, good sandwiches. Friendly staff. Would get a 5/5 if everything wasnt constantly sold out (though that itself is a testament to it's value)

Update: New baker I had added Greek sweets to the selection. Still have great food and helpful staff. /New owners. Same yummy food. Friendly staff

One of my colleagues brought Strawbery Cheesecake from Swiss Bakehouse for a farewell lunch at work, this cake is one of best cakes we have eaten, amazing! We heard the bakery is local and the baker really works hard to impress, thank you for yummy cake. Support local

I was served banana bread which was dry and I couldn't eat it. I took it back and a staff member put on a rubber glove and prodded and said it wasn't dry. I said I found it was and said I didn't want a fuss I just couldn't eat it. I was finishing my drink and a staff member came from the bakery and said what was wrong with the cake I said I found it dry and couldn't eat it. He said he needed to know what was wrong with it. He said it was only made yesterday and needed to know the problem. I said I didn't want a fuss and leave it that, he insisted in front of the other customers. I had not asked for a replacement or a refund. I won't go back.

The baristas and servers here are wonderful, particularly Sarah who always makes sure we are satisfied and brings out our food for us even though we get take away! Have an iced coffee and pie tradition going here that I hope never ends.

The almond croissants here are amazing! Interior is nice and cosy for dining in and the staff are wonderful.

It was a pleasure to finally taste their pie and coffee. I had an almond latte and it was good. I will recommend. Bought a beef pie for dinner and it was amazing.
Service was pleasant and friendly. Worth a visit.
