It's taken 15 years to solve a security issue with our internal-opening french doors. Ryan and his staff came up with a solution and it works a treat. Our new front door is also great.

These guys are super reliable! They arrived on the day and time they said they would (once for the quote and once for installation). The new door was installed with care and it looks great.

We highly recommend the Superior Door Company, very well named. We had to wait a while as supply has been a problem for everyone, but it was well worth the wait. Our doors look fabulous and with some clever problem solving by Callum, the insects are kept at bay.

We installed a new security door and Crimsafe sliding window screen doors this week. The quality of the products was extremely good and the customer service was excellent.

I gave a star for the speed and initial service quality at which they quoted me and came around to measure. This aspect of their service was great and they were very quick to take my deposit. Another star for the assistance they provided me around selection of the right door and parts for our needs. One more star for the quality of the final product they supplied and the fitting. But they lost stars due to the lack of communication and delays installing my door. I was repeatedly told it was 10 weeks from final measure to install. When 10 weeks came and went I heard nothing from them. When I followed up with the person who did the measure he said he would get the office to call me. Again I heard nothing. When I phoned them I was told I would get an update the next week as the door was due in then. Nothing. The week came and went. Then I followed up again and they said they would get back to me. This time they finally did. 5 weeks late from when it was supposed to be installed. No biggie I can take a delay. It was the lack of communication and follow-up where I took another star away. Disrespectful. Your after deposit communication is very poor and I recommend you work on that. The quality of the door and install though is very good and glad to buy Australian made. We had a great experience with the Superior Door Company, all the staff I spoke to were friendly and informative. They arrived in the times they said they would for installation.

Don't often write reviews but am more than happy to do so. The quality of the doors are excellent the measuring was accurate and the two young men who came to install were polite, proficient and it was done in around an hour. Well done to all involved, would recommend if you are looking for security doors don't hesitate to use the Superior Door Company.

We were recommended Superior Door Company by a fried who had also used them - we were not disappointed. They stood out from the other 2 companies we requested quotes from immediately - from basic things like being on time when arriving to do the quote to the amount of patience shown by Kaye and the time she spent with us in explaining everything, answering all our questions, measuring and remeasuring the doors (especially the front door to ensure the details in the design of the steel door we were getting made matched up exactly to the existing front door) before she issued the quote. She made us feel like valued customers from the first interaction.

Contrast this with another company who hurriedly measured one door, glanced at the others and said all our doors were oversized and issued us a quote on “three oversized doors”. They said that they’d measure the doors if we chose to use them before they raced out the door.

Callum installed all 3 doors for us and was lovely and did an excellent job. We love our new doors and have been very happy with our experience with Superior Door Company so far.

Great company to deal with. Prompt service. In between measuring & fitting our back sliding door, our house moved a little so the door didnt quite fit the first time - they happily altered it (twice!) and came back within a few days to reinstall

I can't thank you enough, from ordering to installing, the whole process was so great, I thank everybody involved in the the manufacturing/measuring/installation of the doors to match my original interior front doors. Also had two Brunswick doors installed which are beautiful. Highly recommend.

We recently had 2 security doors installed by this company, a sliding and a normal. We are SO impressed with the doors they look amazing, but even more impressed with the professionalism of the team (booking, measuring, install, price etc) and how they handled themselves around our house during a pandemic.they took extra time to colour match our odd coloured doors. Highly recommended.
