Our favourite bar in the area! Suburban is an awesome local with an extensive selection of drinks, great staff, and a relaxed environment.

Had my birthday and my daughter’s birthdays at SCD. Amazing staff, great atmosphere. Perfect venue for an after work drink with a great atmosphere.

Friendly and professional staff. Great atmosphere. Fantastic music. Scrumptious food. Can’t wait to go back very soon!

The best place for a party in Moonee Ponds! Can not thank Adam and the team more for making my birthday such a fun and carefree night. I booked the whole venue with around 50 people – the service was impeccable, nothing was too much trouble and food organised via Suburban Cellar Door from Bar Sar next door was delicious. Highly recommend for anyone looking to host an event.

I absolutely loved this place. For me it was the epitome of what a bar should be like! Firstly the guy running it, who I assume is the owner, was really friendly and engaging and just a really nice guy to talk to; very knowledgeable about the beers and the wines. He also knew his regulars well which is nice to see. We even struck up conversations with a couple of the regulars. A really sociable environment. The beers? We had a couple of great beers on tap and took some more away. All very good. He's only got 6 taps but some sensible procurement means there's going to be something for all tastes. If I didn't live thousands of miles away there is nonway that this wouldn't be on my regular hang out list. Hope they keep doing what they're doing until I can get back

And love that they have partnered up with the fantastic Vietnamese Eatery (Ba Sar) next door so you can enjoy some quality food while having a drink.

It used to be a five star venue but I have found the new operator to be quite abrupt and unfriendly - there are better options nearby with more variety and happier staff

Got home delivery and loved the personal touch, not to mention the excellent wine that was hangover free! Can't wait to visit.

This place is very fancy, a little on the expensive side but overall their food is fantastic from a range of sushi’s and cheese platters with an amazing range of wines. Even the soft drinks are a fancy brand and taste amazing. It’s a very small place but good for a little party.

Lovely little place. We stopped by to get a bottle of wine a few weeks ago and the owner was very helpful assisting us to choose one, so we stopped for a drink! We came back the week after to have a wine and some Vietnamese (BYO from next door). The atmosphere is very friendly and casual
