Love love love Nudie Skin Studio and Loretta & Imogen. First started getting my eyebrows tinted and waxed and lashes tinted and curled. Loretta also does such a great job and is so professional and friendly. I have also started having skin treatments which are so relaxing and already seeing great results. I would highly recommend this studio!

Couldn’t speak highly enough about the springs and Imogen. Have been coming to her for eyebrows and lashes for over 2 years and wouldn’t let anyone else touch them. She does an amazing job every time and I look forward to my appointments just to get to come in and have that bit of me time. She is a breath of fresh air and a pure delight. Recently also had a facial and it was phenomenal, felt so relaxed and my skin was so glowing and gorgeous.

I've been seeing Imogen for 2 years and she's transformed my skin! She's helped me to reduce my acne dramatically plus the experience every time is so relaxing and I leave calm and glowing. It's an absolute delight to visit The Springs and the results have been outstanding!

Loretta was my first beautician in Melbourne after moving from Mildura. She made me feel so welcome. Her service is professional, warm, welcoming and always attentive. My brows always come out looking amazing, the best they had ever been. I used to get really red with broken skin after a eyebrow wax. Loretta was the first service that didn’t leave me like that. I assume it’s her amazing products and gentleness. Would definitely recommend to someone who wants more of a personal service

Imogen is an amazing beauty therapist and a wonderfully kind person. I always leave the Springs feeling a million bucks with perfectly shaped brows and a glowing spray tan. Recently Imi has also helped me with some hormonal hyperpigmentation which was making me really self conscious - putting me at ease and recommending products to make my skin look and feel amazing. I booked in a 60min facial with Imogen and it was a heavenly experience! I came in because I had some acne concerns as I have been struggling with some cystic acne and clogged pores. She took the time to ask me about my skin and my concerns and looked at my face under different lights. She treated me with a few different masks and products to address my concerns. She is extremely knowledgeable and also very sincere in her approach. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to have the best possible results! I felt so relaxed after my facial which also included a head, neck and shoulder massage. She recommended I buy two products for my at home treatment and also had a special where if I bought two I got an spf for free! I can already tell the difference with my skin and it’s only been a week. I’m excited to continue my skin journey with her and so glad I’ve found the springs beauty retreat!:)

I have seen Imogen for years now, for pigmentation treatment, facials, and eyelash and eyebrow tint, she creates a wonderful relaxing experience, knows her stuff and is honest about treatments and results. I cannot recommend enough.

Imogen has built a great quality beauty salon, I have been going to her for my facials and spray tans for two years now. My skin has improved dramatically and the spray tans are always excellent. Each time you go to Springs Beauty, you will receive such a high quality service. 5/5 stars

Imogen is absolutely amazing. After my hesitation of booking in finally after some time due to previous experiences with facials elsewhere, she reassured me every step of the way and I felt so calm and well rested at the end of the facial. Love coming here so much that I’ve made a promise to myself to go in more regularly now to look after my skin and know that I won’t have the pressure or horrible service experienced elsewhere.
