My family & I celebrated my sons 17th birthday tonight at TSG - Northland & the service from everyone was great, in particular our server Imogen, she was exceptional. Imogen just “got us”. Made our night so much better. The food was delicious, from the share platter starters to our main meals. Everything arrived at perfect timeframes. I had the rib eye steak medium which was on point. Being local to the area, we will be coming back for sure & more frequently.

Went here today and let me say what an absolute horrible experience. We ordered our food and we waited for 40mins still no food. Waited for another 10mins still no food. In between this other patrons who came in after us were served and got their food. We asked the waiter what's going on. He went and checked and told us the kitchen messed up our order and gave it to someone else. He then said it would be another 10mins. 15mins went by and again other patrons were getting their food before us. Not once did they come up to us and apologize. We walked out in the end and the waiter was confused as too why we were leaving. Absolute poor service and no care factor towards their customers. The other waitress was too busy talking to a guy to even worry about serving other customers. If you want service here don't bother going cause you won't get it here. Grilled was happy to serve us and had our meal within 10mins now thats customer service!
