The installers, Tony and Will were both very professional and observed social distancing. Our white glass splashback should have been a simple procedure except for 2 small screw heads under the range hood. The boys pulled the glass back out, removed the range hood out of their way then fixed the glass back into position and replaced the range hood - all without a whimper. The finish looks great and much cleaner than the old wall tiles that the glass fixed straight over the top. I would recommend The Splashback Factory anytime.

I just wanted to thank the team at The Splashback Factory for my recent order with them, the whole process from ordering to installation was smooth and easy. Also a big thank you to Louise for being so helpful throughout the process.

I had altogether three jobs done. Replacement of a glass panel, fitting of a dog flap, and cutting and fitting of a shower glass panel into the bathroom. All jobs have been done properly. You just have to be aware that it is a smaller business and certain jobs are only done once a week. Therefore, if that time slot is missed, it might take another week. Just be patient. The jobs will be done, and they will be done properly as there is a lot of experience in the business.

Love our new White Splashback was installed in only 5 days was told to expect 10-15 days. Thanks for being ahead of schedule.

Can’t thank Sue and the team at The Splashback Factory enough for helping me match my old splashback to the new one. Sue was very helpful as the builder couldn’t help me with the colour and type of glass used, but Sue was able to sort it out and organise it all for me.
