Thanks to dr Joe I am back to full mobility after a lower back injury.
Very professional and he explained everything in detail so I understood the process of recovering.
I was given exercises to strengthen my weak points to prevent further injury also.

Always had lower back issues, seen a few chiros over the last few years and could never solve my problem.
I started seeing Dr Joe at the Footscray branch last year and he immediately alleviated my pain and created a plan on how to manage it. I have been seeing him once a week ever since (now in Werribee) and I couldn’t be happier with my treatment. The time Dr Joe took to understand my problem and listen to me was first class and you can really feel the sense of fulfilment he gets from helping people. On top of that, all the staff are extremely nice and the place looks awesome and very clean.

I contacted Spinal Studio Saturday early morning around 6am and by 7am someone responded. I was in extreme pain and could hardly sit. They organised Dr Stefan to see me in the same morning. Super great full to you Dr. Your knowledge and understanding and help is greatly appreciated. Pain is manageable now thankfully and with long term goals inplace I know I an on the road to a stronger and healthier and happier me. Greatly appreciated Dr Stefan.

Mid last year I had suffered back problems from a gym injury, so the start of this year i booked and saw Dr. Mathew Holland. Amazing guy, very professional and friendly, which made me feel comfortable knowing I was in good hands. My pain has since improved drastically, he was direct with the problem and very knowledgeable. First time going to a chiropractor and loved my session with Stefan, took him 5 minutes to find my problem and freed up a lot of tension to get some mobility back. Will definitely be back for more!

Stefan was awesome! He found and diagnosed my back issue almost straight away and immediately had a plan on how to fix it. I started seeing Stefan by recommendation for an injured knee. Upon consultation over the phone I knew that I was talking to someone that was very invested and passionate about his work, which I wanted. I have been seeing Stefan just over the month and have made tremendous progress with my range of motion after not being able to squat or walk properly (I was walking with a limp) for 3-6 months. I had resigned i would have to live with it and didn’t think the Chiro/physo work would help that much. I was very wrong…every week my knee is progressively getting better- to point, I have been able to return to the gym doing light work and work normally. Very happy and highly recommend this dedicated, enthusiastic team at spinal studio.

I have had on going back and neck issues causing headaches and a lot of pain.having seen an ad on Instagram, decided to give it ago. Nothing and no where else was working.
Dr joe said he needed a week to get a better understanding of my situation but from that first visit said he has a goal to fix the issues. He told me a plan of attack, explaining how many visits and extra exercises I needed.
I have never had this before response about eliminating pain and optimizing my body.
Dr Joe is well educated, give you a great explanation of the problem and how its going to be treated. Most importantly is a down to earth guy, that gets to know you as a person and not just as a patient.
