Went to the spinal studio earlier today, didn't know what to expect. I've been having serious shoulder pain have tried physio but nothing has worked so I tried chiro. Upon arrival I was greeted by staff. Dr Joseph Perese greeted me at the door and took me straight through, forms were quick and easy and we got into it right away. Dr Perese was thorough and addressed things for not just my shoulder but the larger area around something that other practitioners have not previously done. Helpful for me was that Dr Perese talked me through what he was doing every step of the way so I wasn't left wondering what he was doing. At the conclusion of the appointment I felt alot of relief in the shoulder and am excited to go back and continue working with Dr Perese to return to full strength in my shoulder. I would happily recommend to family and friends.

One word? Wow! I have had years of seeing specialists and $1000’s of dollars spent. After 1 session, I don’t think I’m going to need to come back for a while, because I feel like a new person.

I saw Chris and can not recommend their service enough, already my partner has booked herself in as while she’s happy for me, I think there’s a bit of jealousy, as she too is crippled by back pain!

Chris and the team at the Spinal Studio provided professional and innovative care. This is the first time I have been introduced to aggressively targeting glute activation to alleviate my chronic lower back pain. It has been seven days since my first consultation, I have completed 10 minutes of rehab a day using the Spinal Studio resistance bands and my back feels the best it has in two years. My only complaint is why wasn't I introduced to this kind of treatment by other practitioners years ago. Do your self a favor, book in at the Spinal Studio, ask for the FNOR glute rehab. The facilities are also 10/10 and I can't wait to try the cryotherapy tank once restrictions permit.
